We’ve stayed here a few times! It’s like our home away from home. I bring the family down- children and grandchildren. They have their favorite spots in the house. The pool is the big bonus for them! With the stormy weather and the lights went out- I texted the owner, he was right on it! We can’t wait to book for next year! We always look forward to our week there. So relaxing!! We spent a couple days inside due to rain. And we played games and swam!! Thank you for another wonderful week for the Jones’

Loved this home and the property location. I don't normally give 5 stars on anything but this one deserves it. A beautiful home on a secluded road with nearly nobody around to bother you. The only complaint would be that the jets didn't work on the Jacuzzi as the button was broken but that could be a simple fix. There may have been a secret way to turn them on but I didn't bother to contact the owner so that's on me. Would definitely recommend this place if your staying in the area. We plan on making this one part of our yearly vacation to the Pigeon Forge area as long as inflation doesn't go overboard in the future.

It was clean house .we rented it just because of pool it was so enjoyable. They kids loved the house and pool and the piano and pool table it was all so nice .we played hideinseek in the dark all most everyday.Robert was great .great on communication and everything .tim was a nice . We loved the house lovely scenery out side was amazing we took walks outside played ball outside.

Check in was simple. Once we got to the property on Friday, we were surprised by the exterior appearence. The landscaping and yard was overgrown and the lower half of the property wasnt even accessible anymore. The large side yard hadnt been mowed in weeks, so we couldnt let the kids run/play outside. In addition the exterior of the house has lacked years of TLC, and had substantial structural damages. (foundation/stucco cracking, brick facade missing/falling off, soffits/overhangs missing/hanging loose right over the drive and main entrance, carport main support rotted leaving the carport/front entrance sagging/sinking. Once we were inside, we found the pool was unusable, the room was extremely hot/muggy, fixtures were missing/rusted leaving wiring exposed, and hvac vents were rusted shut/missing. The pool was dirty, very strong chlorine smell (burning your eyes), full upon arrival but 3 days later was 8" lower. (Leaking)Inside the house we found a table chair arm broken, many cracked/loose tiles and holes in the bathroom floors, some covered with rugs. Holes in the ceilings, exposed light socket and cracked tiles/missing grout in a shower. Lots of black mold throughout the ceilings, doorways and even in the washer! Our 1st night, we were woke up by animals running in the ceilings/walls. No gym, no gas grill, and a host calling/texting us trying to talk us out of an honest review. Worse rental experience we have ever had with a host or property.

Everything was beautiful!! Had a great time with my family. Very quiet area with spectacular view. The host was most helpful and available for any questions I had. The grandkids loved the pool and the others loved the pool table. We enjoyed staying under one roof but not in each other’s way. Rooms are spacious especially the master bedroom and bathroom!!!

Large Family Approved

My family had a wonderful stay. The house is spacious, the location gives you quick access to the arts and crafts community, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg, the indoor pool and theater room provided hours of fun, and the host was great to work with - quick communication and lots of goodies. A great value and a great stay.

Beautiful home for a family vacation!

Beautiful home away from home…lots of space to be together or relax in your own space. We had plenty of space for our group of 13. Not a bad driving distance into Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge either. Great communication with the owner. I would definitely recommend!

An amazing stay

We've stayed at many other rental houses but this was our first through VRBO and it did not disappoint. The house was nicer than the photos showed, the views from the house were just gorgeous, and the owner was amazing. We had a few questions come up during our stay and the owner was quick to respond and pleasant. A truly great experience.

Mountain Get Away

Property was good for our size family, 8 adults and 7 kids. Close to all major activities. Kids loved the pool. Great to be able to wash clothes and towels. Owner was very easy to get ahold of and very cooperative. One deep cleaning and the property would be great. Had a positive experience.

Beautiful vacation house

this is a wonderful and gorgeous place to stay, a comfortable beautiful house for a big family, has all you need …Pool for the kids , game room a big theatre, we had a blast … all the supplies you need in the kitchen , beautiful 5 acres house . We were 15 min away from Gatlinburg a little town to have fun … owners a wonderful person. we had no issues on our staying… Thank you Robert for letting us stay at your home … if we plan on going back to TN, I’ll 100% be staying there again!
