We've stayed in a lot of VRBO's over the last 10years or so and this host is one of the best we've ever dealt with. The cabin was extremely nice,kitchen was well stocked which was a big deal to my wife and anyone who has to cook for a large group. Everything worked and was as advertised in the pictures which is not always the case with some places.I would recommend this cabin to anyone we were very pleased. It also has one of the best views of the mountains in Gatlinburg and we've stayed in quite a few. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was a highlight of our trip. Our jaws dropped when we opened the door and saw the view! Perfectly clean, well laid out and beautifully decorated. Plenty of room to spread out. We spent most of our time on the large decks and in the swim spa. The game room was a lot of fun. Made several meals and found everything needed. I had been worried about the drive up but all roads were paved. After a couple of trips we had it down. Well worth the view!

Weekend Family Getaway

Beautiful place to stay. Thirty minutes from town so be prepared to drive or stay at the cabin. Great for kids the loved the game room and swim spa. We grilled out and ate in the cabin.

Family vacation

The cabin was great! The views were amazing! We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and taking it all in! There is so much space for everyone it worked out perfect for our family of 12! Would highly recommend this location!

We had an excellent time. The house was as described in the listing, very clean and accomodated our large family with kids.The view is incredible. We saw 2 bears walking all over the property which was amazing but you have to be aware. We would definetely book another stay.

Pre-Christmas family get together

Stayed with my sister and our grown children:) Plenty of room for all 11 of us:) large hot tub was a huge hit and beautiful views:) Enjoyed the arcade room too!

Great Family Home

A great family vacation rental. Great views inside and out. Excellent accommodations with a great game room and swim spa. Each bedroom had their own bathrooms. The response of the management team was quick and responded to any issues. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

We paid a significant amount for a 3 night stay in the Pine Top Paradise cabin managed by Bear Tracts - this amount solely because it advertised a game room. 2 of the games completely did not work (buck hunt and golden tee) and the other 2 did not fully work (mario kart left hand seat steering wheel was too loose and pinball machine kept going to "error"). Through the weekend we tried to work with maintenance to resolve and they weren't able to fix it due to the buck hunt game had "severe software issues" and the golden tee "wasn't getting power." After explaining to "management" via text Morgan with Bear Tracts called me to let me know they were issuing a 1.8% refund. When I told her I didn't feel that was acceptable it was strictly a "well that's what we decided to refund" and there's nothing else that they would do besides offer me a discount on my next rental with them - I will never rent from this company again so that is a useless offer. When I asked to speak to someone above her she told me there's 2 managers, she's one and the other one is in Italy and that the owner of the company wouldn't entertain talking to me because Morgan already decided that 1.8% is fair even though the game room they advertised does not fully work. Pretty much every cabin has a hot tub and pool table, the only reason they can charge this much for this cabin is because of the game room and it doesn't work. *summarized for character restriction and can't share exact due to review guidelines

We understand the arcade games were important to this group and that having equipment unavailable was disappointing. We are happy to report that all games are repaired and operational. We do want to clarify the circumstances. The two games initially reported as inoperable were Golden Tee and Buck Hunter. Our team provided troubleshooting assistance and made multiple attempts to resolve them. One attempt was interrupted by an area-wide power outage caused by high winds. Once power was restored, we returned and attempted repairs, but ultimately determined that a professional arcade technician was required. The concerns regarding Mario Kart and pinball were not raised until later, after management declined the substantial refund being requested. Prior to that point, our communications and maintenance efforts had centered on the two games originally reported as inoperable. We respectfully disagree that the arcade issues warranted the substantial refund requested. The home, and its many other advertised amenities remained available and operable throughout the stay,

Amazing View

The house is great and the views are even better. We stayed 5 nights with 3 families (10 kids 6 adults) and had a great time. The kids loved the game room and hot tub and the adults loved sitting out on the deck enjoying the view of the mountains.

Beautiful

We really enjoyed our stay, the view was amazing! The house was very spacious for our group of 16. We saw lots of wildlife and enjoyed seeing the smoke roll in over the mountains in the evenings. Will definitely recommend to others!
