Step through the large double doors into a game room equipped with air hockey and foosball tables, ready for friendly competition. Enjoy your favorite game on the 70” TV, or head to the sitting area for video games or a lively family game night with an array of board games and a dedicated TV and gaming space.
On the main level, Bedroom 5 offers a King bed, an en-suite bathroom, and access to the gym. Helpful for any of your group members who want to avoid stairs.
The fully stocked kitchen, complete with spices and a Keurig coffee machine, invites you to whip up a cocktail before settling into the family room for your favorite movie on another 70” TV.
In Arizona, everyday feels like summer, even in winter. The backyard oasis is a perfect place to take a dip in the heated pool, bask in the sun for a golden tan, or engage in outdoor games on the turf area. There is a gas grill sitting area and outdoor TV for your group to enjoy.
There is a full laundry room with provided detergent for your convenience.
Ascend to the upper level, where you'll find the generously proportioned Owner's Suite overlooking the backyard pool. There is King bed and 55” TV, a bathroom with a soaking tub, a spacious walk-in shower, double vanity and large walk-in closet.
Adjacent is the kids' room, furnished with a twin bed and twin bunk bed, accommodating 3 to 4. This room shares a "Jack n Jill" bathroom with Bedroom 3, featuring a Queen size bed, perfect for 2.
A Pack-n-play is located in the closet if needed.
Bedroom 4, an en-suite, a Queen bed PLUS its own bathroom, comfortably accommodating 2.
The gym offers a range of equipment including a bike, rowing machine, and elliptical. You will also find a bench and light weights. A large TV is provided for your workout enjoyment. For safety, a code is required for entry, and a waiver must be signed. Safety for children and pets is a top priority.
Pool heating is available at a rate of $35/day upon request. If traveling with small children please carefully review all pool safety rules.

We hold great respect for our neighbors and the care of our home. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. Exterior cameras are in place for security and liability purposes, though they are not monitored and will only be reviewed in response to a complaint.
Dogs are welcome, provided they weigh less than 20 lbs and are non-shedding. Pets must be leashed when outside the home or backyard, and tying them up is not permitted to prevent excessive barking. All pet messes must be promptly cleaned. A non-refundable $150 pet cleaning fee applies. Any damage caused if pets are left alone may result in the deposit being held to cover repairs.

The garage provides two parking spaces, and there are two more available in the driveway. (Our personal car is parked in the third garage)
