MAX GUESTS: This property sleeps 10 people total, which includes the total count of adults and children.

NO GARAGE: There is plenty of space in the driveway

One security camera at front door
One camera at the backyard
One at the entrance to the pool equipment
The cameras are not monitored during stays however recordings will be reviewed if notified of noise complaints or if undisclosed damage is discovered.

NOISE AWARE:
This home is monitored by Noise Aware. (Noise sensors don't record sounds. They monitor in the noise level)
