Schönes, stilvolles und sehr helles Apartment mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Lagune.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und Bett und Sofabett sind sehr bequem. Highlight ist die kleine Loggia mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Lagune. Vermisst haben wir einen Wasserkessel oder zumindest einen Topf mit Tülle zum Ausgießen und evtl. einige neue Wasser- und Weingläser. Aber das soll nur eine kleine Anregung sein.Wir haben gerade das Apartment noch einmal für eine kurze Auszeit im Dezember gebucht. Vielen Dank an Marie für den sehr freundlichen Empfang / Check Out und an Chiara für die Organisation.

Besser geht nicht!

Perfekte Lage, Bis ins kleinste Detail ausgefeilte Ausstattung. Aufzug! Doppelte Klima im Sommer eine Wohltat für die Nacht. Blick auf die Bucht vom Balkon! Hier macht man nichts falsch! Eine neue Couch würde das Apartment unschlagbar machen. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Beautiful retreat

Everything you need for a stay in Venice in a light and bright apartment. Set on the lagoon side of Giudecca so you get a welcome breeze and you’re away from the crowds. Effective air conditioning. Moments from the vaporetto stop, a Co-op and some lovely restaurants. Easy check in and communication was good through out. Would stay again. Hope to return for next Biennale.

Carneval auf Guidecca

Das Apartment bietet einen fantastischen Ausblick auf die Lagune. Supermarkt, Bars, Trattorias und Vaporetto-Stationen in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Guidecca wird großteils von Einheimischen bewohnt. Deshalb gibt es hier kaum Trubel. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem, die Heizung funktioniert auch gut. Was definitiv fehlt sind internationale TV-Sender und ev. eine elektr. Kaffeemaschine. 2 Bialetti sind aber vorhanden samt Kaffee- und Zuckervorrat.

Wer abseits der großen Touristenströme, aber dennoch in kurzer Distanz zu den Hauptattraktionen Venedigs wohnen möchte, liegt mit dem Appartement Iris goldrichtig.

Prachtig uitzicht,rustige locatie!

Mooi appartement, op het niet toeristische eilan Guidecca. Opstapplaats van de vaporetto dichtbij. Ook supermarkt in de buurt. Heel rustige buurt. Vanuit de kamer en het balkon heb je een prachtig uitzicht op de lagune.

Lagunenblick

Wer die Lagune so liebt, wie wir, der wird diese Wohnung sicherlich genauso gerne mögen. Hautnah am Wassergeschehen sein, das ist hier rund um die Uhr möglich. Die Betreuung ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Angaben und Fotos entsprechen der Realität, nichts ist geschönt worden. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

In Venice far from the madding crowd

A few minutes from the Centre and still the peacefulness of the laguna in front of your house in this modern apartment. It is part of a new development called Campo Junghans because up to WWII Junghans had a big factory here. In 10 Minutes you are at Palanca vaporetto station and in another 10 Minutes you are at San Marco by boat. Looking out from the balcony you are directly looking at the laguna. Inside the apartment there is everything you need - and it is working! Ideal for the cold time of the year, there is an effective gas-heating system.
