Completely newly renovated cozy apartment with a full equipped kitchen, conveniently located in the Waterford-New London Border, close to Coast guard Academy, Conn. College, Sub base submarine and surrounded by great local commodities, the apartment it’s just 2 minutes drive to downtown New London, Long Island ferry and Amtrak train station, 18 minutes to Mohegan Sun and casino, 14 miles to Foxwoods Resort, 12 minutes to Mystic History seaport Downtown, Ocean Beach is just five minutes drive, and the and much more.
Nearest Commercial Airports: T. F. Green Airport - 2000 Post Rd, Warwick, RI 02886 (~ 52.8 miles away)
Bradley International Airport - Schoephoester Rd, Windsor Locks, CT 06096 (~ 64.3 miles away)
We are available by VRBO/HomeAway message board from 8am - 10pm (eastern standard time), seven days a week. We kindly ask that ALL communication is made through the VRBO/HomeAway message board; to only utilize the telephone contact in the event of a true emergency.

Such a cute place! It smelled great. Very clean. The larger bedroom had such a comfortable bed and bedding! Host had bottles of water, iron, & shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. Great communication and checkout process was the simplest out of any rental I’ve done. Perfect stay!

cute and comfortable apartment

This apartment was exactly as it looked in the photos, clearly the owners put a lot of care into making it attractive and comfortable. My daughter (Conn College student) and I stayed here for a long weekend and it was convenient to her campus, the kitchen was well-outfitted for us to cook, the beds were comfy. There are large TVs in the living room and the main bedroom, which was nice. Because the apartment is over a salon, it's very quiet at night but you can hear the salon music in the morning starting at around 9am. That's the only caution I would have but it's a small one. Pedro was very helpful and responsive, providing all the information I needed to park, unlock the apartment, and answering my questions. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in the area that's not a B&B.

Perfect Location for CGA Parent’s Weekend

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment for a Coast Guard Academy parent weekend. It is well laid out with all of the amenities we needed. The location was very convenient to both the Academy and to nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The host was very responsive and helpful! We will definitely try to book this apartment on our next visit.

Great girls getaway

Clean and Convenient

The apartment was immaculate and spacious, true to the photos, and the host was very prompt on replying to messages and offering essential information. I liked that the property was centrally located for the places we visited and only minutes away from Mystic.

Pedro for the Win!

Beyond the stellar property, the owner (Pedro) was flexible enough to accommodate a last-minute modification to start the reservation one day early. The VRBO platform and policy make for these types of modifications only with communication to occur between the host and the occupant and Pedro came through with all of the friendliness and professionalism you'd want to ensure a great stay! Always perfect!

This was our second stay. It was just as clean as the 1st time we stayed. It’s one of the best VRBO rentals! I think this will be our to go rental location when we are in town.

Super cute, modern, well stocked rental!

Great location for us as we have a cadet at the Coast Guard Academy. Perfect two bedroom with good sized, open living and dining space! Stocked with everything we needed plus there was a Dollar General just a few blocks away. We will definitely stay here again!

Better than a hotel!

Check in was a breeze, and the unit didnt disappoint it was away from the fray yet everything you needed right within the neighborhood it was clean and just like the photos...nights were quite!... minutes from ocean state park, an absolute gem! 20 minutes from mystic seaport and check out was also a breeze. Id definitely come back😊

Wow

This was an alternative to a hotel for a volleyball tournament and it did not disappoint! So clean and cute. It was close to Mohegan Sun and very comfortable! All of the little extra amenities were very appreciated.

Clean, comfortable apartment

My daughter and I had a lovely stay. The upper deck is perfect for morning coffee. Despite being on a fairly busy street and above a hair salon, we had no noise problems. Host was extremely responsive when we had a minor issue with the heat. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Great, clean & convenient stay

The cleanest VRBO rental we have ever rented! Great apartment to rent and the beds were comfy. Short drive to Mystic and other surrounding areas. Quiet apartment although at night you can hear cars drive by. Besides that, we highly recommend if you are in the area!

Alternative to Hotel Stay

My husband, teenage son and I were in the area for a volleyball tournament (@ the Mohegan Sun). We were pleased to have this immaculate little apartment to come back to at the end two days of being surrounded by people and noise. It was just the right size for the three of us, and the 20-minute drive to the venue was easy.

Great little get away.

I found the property on-line and the owner response to my request was almost immediate. The apartment is nicely upgraded, and exceeder my expectations. I was looking for an alternative to a very expensive hotel room for a class reunion, and this well equipped and apportioned apartment were like a home away from home, at a fraction of the hotel room cost. A great place to unwind an relax after event filled days. I gave the property a full 5 star review with the exception of location only because it was on the second floor as some folks may have difficulty climbing stairs. For me, that was not a detractor or aproblem.
