Your private bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. Kitchen has all the basic cooking essentials and offers a small dining area with bar stools. Living Room has a comfy sofa and a cozy gas fireplace. Property is well maintained. The location by the stream is lovely! The unit is very clean and SO cozy. Kitchen has everything you may need. Beds are comfy too. Getting to town and getting to the park entrance were very easy.

Property was beautiful! Loved the river! A large male elk came up right in our back yard. Enjoyed the hot tub and the fireplace heater in the living room. Very close to RMNP.

Location was amazing, just a short drive from downtown Estes and got to see some wildlife from the deck! The sounds of the river close by made it really relaxing!

Great Family Getaway

Great place to stay

The condo was nice, very clean, beds were comfy. We really enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings! The location was perfect, close to town and RMNP, very quiet area. Check in process was simple, the guys at the front desk were friendly and gave great recommendations for places to eat. The only negative thing I can say is the blinds in the master bedroom were missing pieces so anyone walking or driving by could see in the room. We would stay here again!

Exploring RMNP

This is the perfect spot to stay while exploring Estas Park and RMNP. John was particularly helpful in getting us oriented and providing great food recommendations. The check in/out process was smooth and the staff was helpful. The condo was super clean and well stocked. The hot tub was awesome at the end of the day after hiking. We will be back!

Great property and location

This is the second time we’ve been to this property. Liked it so much the first time that we came back. It’s cozy yet with enough room for everyone to find their own space. The location is perfect between Estes Park and RMNP.
