This quaint two bedroom, two bath oceanfront unit with a private screened in porch is located at Island Beach & Racquet Club. This property boasts many great amenities including 3 swimming pools, tennis courts, and private beach access. A Dollar General, gas station, and restaurants are within walking distance of the condo in case you forget something or just want to grab dinner and enjoy the views after a day of fun in the sun! We know you will enjoy the extra space of the king size bed in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has bunk beds with a trundle, and is a huge hit with the kids. The Yacht Club has a sister unit a few doors down, The Last Resort (VRBO listing #2163918). This is ideal for families wanting to vacation together while enjoying their own space. We are available to answer any questions and to help make your vacation as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. We have a local maintenance and housekeeping service available to assist if needed. We also visit the area frequently. So please, feel free to reach out if you need anything!

Wow! What an amazing condo! Everything is super clean and the decor is pleasantly beachy. They provide everything you need for your stay...towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tide pods, beach toys, boogie board...etc! The owners are very responsive to any questions. Can't say enough about this place...book it!

Great Atlantic Beach Condo

This condo was perfect for a week at the beach! The condo was recently renovated and comfortable, and had extras like beach chairs and toys available. Easy access to the beach and to the pool were a plus. The hosts were super responsive and communicative - I appreciated their kindness and availability when I had questions. I would highly recommend this condo for a relaxing, comfortable trip to the beach!

Condo was just like the pictures, easy access to the beach. Kitchen had anything you could need. It was nice they had chairs, sand toys and towels to use for the beach.

Great condo on the beach!

The condo was very clean and well equipped even with toliet paper, paper towels and soap. Loved the view of the beach and pool from the balcony. Great location! Close to restaurants (several in walking distance), grocery stores and more. Owners are awesome, 2nd time renting from them and will definitely be back next year. Thanks for another great stay!!

This property has a great location. Beach view and pool view. It’s a little dated but overall comfortable. We had a nice and relaxing girls weekend. It was very damp and moldy smelling inside. Would recommend more dehumidifiers

Perfect Beach Stay

Our family (2 adults and 3 boys) had a perfect week at the beach in this condo. The beach access is right at the building with a place to shower off, and there is a lovely pool. We visited in July and it was not crowded or loud. The condo has everything you need to cook your own meals, as well as a smart tv in every room. Beach chairs, sand toys and pool noodles are provided. There is also a movie theatre down the road for rainy days. Thank you for a memorable and relaxing week!

Cute condo with amenities

My family came for our annual beach summer vacation. It is conveniently located to stores, gas station and the beach. The kitchen had all you needed to cook in. Our son loved the bunk bed. The only draw back was the washers and dryers in the building that are coin operated and didn't work well (we did just provide this feedback to the owners to see if the building would consider upgrading them). Overall we had a great stay!

Each condo has its own private laundry (that is free to use) located in the private entry across from the door to the condo. We have not had an issue with this before. We have owned in this complex for over 5 years and were unaware that coin operated washers and dryers were in the building since each condo has a private, designated laundry area. Again, thanks for letting us know. We will pass your concerns on to management regarding this issue. We hope you will stay with us again!

Family vacation

The condo was beautiful with a spectacular view. The condo was very clean, however, the bathroom shower door could stand to be updated and there were footprints on the wall. parking was extremely rough especially with a 9 month old child. Parking in overflow was very inconvenient.

We co-own the two condos at Island Beach & Racquet Club with our dear friends, Brandon & Heather Sherron.

We spent years vacationing at Island Beach & Racquet Club and think it is the ideal location with its close proximity to shopping and restaurants yet it still provides a relaxing escape.

What makes this property unique

We own another property on the island and spend lots of time there. When we are not available, we have a local maintenance and housekeeping service available to help.
