Downtown Inn Moab is a vacationers dream! Bar-M (B) Unit is located walking distance to Moab's downtown shops, bars, and restaurants. Located 1 block off Downtown Main St. the location doesn't get any better.

This newly renovated condo is walking distance to downtown Moab shops, restaurants, and bars, even the Moab bike path is right next door! It's a mix of everything you need to make you and your crews experience in Moab complete! With new construction and clean spaces you'll feel comfortable in the convenient location.

The building is made of 4- Condos 5,000 sq ft of Convenient Accommodations in 1 building-
Inside the Inn there are four separate condos each approximately 1200 sq ft. and includes everything you'll need for your stay except the food. Full Kitchen, 60" TV's, plenty of comfort for your whole crew. All units are equipped with roll out sofa beds, WiFi, A/c and heat, big screen TVs, full kitchen setup for cooking, linens, towels, bedding, pillows, laundry pods and dryer sheets as well as shower essentials.

Bar-M has 2 Private King Bedrooms (1 Master ) and 2 full bathrooms. The loft has 2 Comfortable Queen sized beds and the sofa pulls out into a bed. This condo comes with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay except the food! Both bedrooms have ROKU TV's and a 60" ROKU TV in the living area.
You'll have a private full size washer and dryer inside your condo.

Perfect for a quiet night of star gazing or resting after a day of fun. There are 2 Hot tubs available and cleaned all year, as well as 2 BBQ and 2 seating arrangements for entertaining. Quiet time is 10PM-6AM.

Outdoor Unpaid Parking- There is plenty of free street parking right around the Downtown Inn Moab. Just across the street is great trailer parking!

This home-away-from-home was everything described and more. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. We watched baseball games together, cooked in the well-stocked kitchen, slept well in the comfortable beds, relaxed in the jacuzzi and enjoyed walking to the nearby town. The national parks and state park are close as well. Thank you! We had a wonderful vacation.

Really enjoyed the location being only a block off the main strip in Moab, but only 20 minutes to Arches and 30 minutes to Canyonlands. It was great to be in a building with only 4 units, very easy in and out every day, as opposed to being in one of the large resorts/hotels in town. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic location, you can walk to anywhere in downtown Moab. Excellent amenities. Very comfortable beds.We did a lot of big hikes in the state parks and loved coming home to the hot tub and grills so we could cook healthy dinners and hangout with family, and get ready for the next day's adventures.Simple check in, great communication. Excellent getaway spot. We loved it.

Super close to Moab restaurants and shops

Here are the two things I loved the most about this place.1. Super fun spaces for kids - two fun lofts for the younger guys to hang, enough space for my older teen who needs a little space from his brothers, a beautiful bedroom for me and my wife2. Very close to everything - Moab has restaurants, shops, ice cream, bakeries, food trucks, grocery, hiking gear places, etc. This place is very close to everything (like 3 min walk to everything)Bonus good stuff-very clean and updated (that probably should be higher, not just bonus), hot tub was clutch after rafting. We will be back maybe next year (might drag my sister's family too).We had an amazing time!

Moab Downtown Bar M unit

When we arrived on Saturday afternoon we immediately noticed the high temperature in the unit probably in the mid 80's by feel and humid. The thermostat was set at 78 degrees so we adjusted and walked to eat. Came back and no change. AC units in all rooms was not producing cooler air. Texted Stephanie at 750 pm. She texted back immediately and we communicated a couple of times. Her final reply was at 811pm that she would communicate with her ac service (who was just there on Friday for a call to the unit). Since that final text we never received ANY info regarding any update (even if the company was not able to respond). We departed Tuesday morning still with no response. Also, left a voicemail while we were inside the park at Arches. No response. Other items include cockroaches on the floor of the first unit in the kitchen area as well as cockroach in the upstairs loft bed on the left side. Son found it one evening going to bed and slept on the couch (was too hot up in the loft anyway but still). We did rescue one cockroach from luggage bag on the floor before we closed it up. We did not call or text back about the cockroaches since Stephanie did not respond about the ac since Saturday night (60 hours ago). I am a small business owner/operator and I realize the customer should take a priority when goods were not delivered as expected. If the customer is right after complaining from services provided by my company/employees, I make efforts to communicate

The hosts were awesome and the place was great. The only reason I rated as 4 stars is the loft area. I didn't see in the listing that the loft area is only ? 4'? 4.5'? Tall. The 2 guys who stayed up there had to crawl to and from their beds

It was great. It is in walking distance to most everything downtown. The condo was clean and had everything you could need from towels to a coffee maker. I would book this property again

Very Convenient to Downtown

I really enjoyed this property. We had 3 Jeeps on the trip and I would have really loved it if it had a garage. It was great anyway and the weather was good enough to work on the Jeeps in the parking lot next door and on the street. Very comfortable place.

Walkable and easy to access nearby trails

The property is conveniently located, but on an intersection corner with heavy traffic, especially off-road vehicles late and early. Bring earplugs. The hot tub was un-usable when we arrived, but the property manager was responsive getting them emptied, cleaned, and usable again, immediately after we contacted them. The unit has lovely bathrooms, the soaps smell nice, and the TP is good quality. The kitchen is lacking several valuable utensils, like a colander that could be used for pasta (only small berry version provided), no pitcher, no spatula, limited accessories. The beds upstairs are only for kids, the ceiling is extremely low and requires any adult to crawl. The bedspreads could be washed, lots of red stains on comforter, sheets were clean and soft and the beds were comfortable though.

Location location location

Great spot. A block off downtown. Easy to get around walking or drive to national parks. Next to fire station and police stations so feel safe. Parking is little tight. Most of the time people park and walk right outside your place. Place was clean and amenities great. Wish we knew our place was not next to jacuzzi/grill. We had to walk to it and the neighbor window facing it was open so felt weird. Host was receptive to any calls or messages. Power went out in the entire town for a day so frustrating to throw out groceries but not host fault obviously. Stayed with family and first time in Moab. Highly recommend.
