In need of maintenance

Blown circuit breaker which took two days for an electrician, rendering half the unit with no power and useless. Bathrooms/floors not clean. Not enough towels for 4 people, kitchen had one stained hand towel. Light bulbs out needing replacement. Dryer cannot be used on too warm of a setting without heating up the whole bathroom and smelling bad. Too full of lint/dust to even look on top where heat was pouring out of. Will never use Vtrips again. Check-in was a hassle making the extra stop and office people seemed annoyed with our calls. We were offered to pack up our belongings and groceries to another unit that had power, but it was not suitable for what we needed with a small dog and the inconvenience. A flashlight and/or an extension cord would have been nice but there were none

We were to arrive during Tropical Storm/Hurricaine Nicole. After seeing the flooding occurring, we called multiple times for updates, and gratefully were able to move our trip out two days. The communication we had with the office was excellent. The condo was nice, spacious, well-equipped kitchen, on-site laundry, with easy beach access, pool, and hot tub. Only downside, we were going to bring our 30 pound dog (as stated pets are welcome). Nothing in policies stated only pets under 20 pounds until I needed to sign contract. We were refunded the pet fee. Would definitely stay again. Thank you 😊

Property was perfect for the 2 of us. However the construction on the building was a nuisance.

We could not even get into our condo without ducking under scaffolding. Our view from the back patio was scaffolding’s. We were also awakened every morning by hammers. However the property itself was great.

We had a great experience there. No problems. The TVs were excellent quality. WiFI strong, Access to beach and pool are great. We had good friendly conversations with year rounders at the pool. We can't come up with a negative. -Brian and Linda

Good location, not very clean

The location of this unit is nice as it is ground floor and the slider opens up near the walkway to the beach. Unfortunately the kitchen was very dirty and there were sugar ants present at check in. We called and they sprayed but they never went away. All over the sink, counter tops, cook top, and in the pantry. The liens were stained as well as the shower curtain. If cleanliness is a priority, I would not book this condo.

Nice stay on the beach.

This property is perfectly located on a beautiful section of beach. Nice and close to St. Augustine. Easy access to a pool and several nice restaurants. Great week.
