With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun.

Your reservation includes buffet breakfast for two guests at Magnolia’s at 26th. Tickets are valid only on the date issued. ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Amazing views. Numerous maintenance issues (toilet wouldn’t flush, bath tub was clogged and curtains wouldn’t open/close), but the front desk was incredibly responsive and able to get everything fixed quickly (other than the curtains which blocked our views for the entire stay). The pools and easy access to the beach were really great!

Lack of customer concern

I have complained enough so I will keep it simple. Obviously, I wasn't happy with the stay based on the ONE ⭐ I had to call 4 times to remind to demand assistance. I felt neglected as a paying customer. The room was nice except the toilet and the staff were forgetful and lazy acting very reluctant to be helpful and provide professional and prompt service.

The room was clean and adequate size for a family of four. Right on the beach. Free breakfast at Magnolia’s was great. Close to area attractions.

Nice room but lacks amenities and outdated

The room was ok and we had a great view. The bathroom is very small. Two people can’t be in it at the same time. The parking garage is an 8 min walk. They do not have valet as it says online. Pool, lazy river, spa very old-concrete. Spa looks like urine from yellow stain around and in it. Restaurant down the street for breakfast is the same every day. We had to get ours to go because there was always a 30-45 minute wait. No on-site tiki bar or restaurant for dinner. Staff was fantastic! Just not a lot of good amenities.

Pleasant stay

My husband had a pleasant stayat this hotel. It was clean. All of the employees we spoke with were very nice. My only complaint would be outed was too hard for me. Not really a big deal to me. When we made our reservation, my fear of elevators was taken into account for our room placement. We will stay here again.

Every time we were out and about, there were workers sweeping, cleaning, getting prepared for children activities, and the front desk ALWAYS had what we needed; including free laundry soap! ❤️ We had a wonderful stay and would come back again!
