With an unbeatable oceanfront location and multiple resort amenities, you'll never want to leave! Small but practical, let this be your place to rest your feet after days and days of fun.

Your reservation includes buffet breakfast for two guests at Magnolia’s at 26th. Tickets are valid only on the date issued. ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.


All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Couples long weekend

I returned home to South Carolina with my husband for a long weekend fri-mon. The staff were great, the food was great. We had no issues at all. Golf was fun and near by, coupons and free admission for lots of attractions. I highly recommend this resort. The room was very clean!

Great beach view from balcony. Nice pool and easy access to beach. 1 mile to board walk. Easy check in and check out. Free buffet breakfast is great. No need of any account to book via Vacasa.

Small, dated but cheap!

The area was a tight fit for three adults. Especially the bathroom. The toilet sat low to the floor, the tub was slanted and slippery and the toilet was slow to flush. The beds, floors, counters, refrigerator and microwave were clean. The balcony was small. But, the cost was low based on other lodging nearby. The breakfast restaurant was nice and food was good.

Beach trip for my wife

Staff was excellent! I was told room was ready for early arrival got there after regular check in and there was something wrong with the room so we had to wait until they found a new one (not long)! Room was clean but out dated! Sliding balcony door took two people to open and close, no screen etc. All and all the week turned out ok!

Great Views

This unit has great views and was over all clean and comfy. The unit could use a little rehab but all in all it was good. Looks like a precious guest had a dog that likes to chew on molding. The shower could be re-recaulked. As for having “quiet hrs” this is not enforced. The doors slam (very hard) when anyone leaves the units and people are very loud at all hrs of the night. Keep in mind this unit is right in front of the elevators. I do like that to enter your unit it has a key pad so no need to worry about a key or key card.

Experience and Expectations

Don't expect a great memory. After staying a full week we never received any housekeeping. We had to take out our own trash, ask front desk for trash bags, had to take all linen to front desk to be replaced, no one came to clean or wipe anything. The freezer didn't get cold enough to freeze anything including popsicles.. None of the housekeepers interacted some even ignored when spoken to. The elevator always had a unpleasant smell. The pools were consistently dirty and full. I didn't complain because it would have made a difference. A family expressed some disappointment in some of the things I listed and was met with no resolutions just excuses.

Location is excellent, great value

The location is great. Beach isn't super crowded and it's very nice. Room is okay, a little dated and cramped. Staff were friendly and the value is excellent, free breakfast at a buffet down the street, free mini golf across the street and free tickets to area attractions. Can't beat the price for what you get.

Great location and amazing view

The fact that the resort stay comes with an Amazing breakfast from Magnolia's Restaurant was a plus! The room was clean, the only complaint is water pressure was low in the shower. The employees were nice and helpful! I will definitely stay here again!

Fun family vacation.

The staff was friendly. The place was clean for the most part. It has been sometime since we have stayed at hotel due to covid etc. I was not aware that the new standard is no cleaning of the rooms during the stay. And you have to request towels toilet paper etc. After asking friends and family. Sounds like a normal thing now.. just beware of this. I would stay at this location again.
