Our waterfront home is conveniently located in Heathsville, Virginia on the Coan River. A short drive away from restaurants in Reedville to the East, Lively to the South, and Callao and Hague to the West. The direct neighborhood is private, peaceful, and friendly. You can come here to fish, crab, eat oysters, have quality fun with your family and friends, or just get away.

* Speaking of office space, this winter we added 2 private workspaces for those who need fewer distractions. Perfect for remote work and school needs.

* UPDATED stainless APPLIANCES.
* FIRST FLOOR MASTER BR. 75" Smart TV and private bath.
* Guest 1 - Brand new Queen bed suite; 40" Smart TV. This room also has CRIB for our youngest guests!
