Relaxing Private Riverfront Retreat with Beach and Private Dock

We have named our house “Rivah Retreat” as your worries and stresses are left behind once you arrive and take in the river and all of nature’s beauty is nothing short of serenity! You will hear the locals and those visiting the Northern Neck Region say they are heading to the “Rivah” when they refer to this beautiful area. We hope you love this place every bit as much as we do!

The house is located in the Sandy Harbor community in Kinsale. The waterfront is located on White Point Creek which is a protected cove great for kayaking and paddle boarding. The cove is minutes away from Yecomico and Potomac Rivers, making it a boater’s and fishers paradise. Something for everyone! We provide three kayaks and one paddleboard and life jackets. While you are down at the dock we include eight beach chairs for relaxing by the water. We have a little beach area for relaxing, playing in the sand, or accessing the water.

Looking for a family, girls or guys gate away this house is perfect for all of those memorable occasions. We are dog friendly with approval from the owner.

When you are done enjoying all of the beauty of the water you can have a relaxing dinner and beverage on the oversized deck, relax by the indoor or outdoor fire. So many options to choose and the privacy away from any neighbors.

Inside you will find many amenities to make your stay relaxing including a fully equipped kitchen including extra’s like starter coffee, panni maker and crockpot. A full sized washer and dryer are provided with a few days worth of laundry pods. The house provides high speed wireless internet, games galore and TV’s to stream or watch your favorite movies. The house includes private King Master bedroom with large en-suite bathroom, second bedroom is large King bedroom that shares a hall bathroom with the third bedroom which includes a Queen size bed, Double bed and an air mattress bed. There’s also a half bathroom off the kitchen. A large stone fireplace in the great room provides a great play for everyone to gather on the cooler nights to okay games, watch your favorite movie and just relax and unwind.

We provide 8 beach chairs, bed linens and towels for the number of guests staying. The kitchen is fully appointed.
