Townhome, 2 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 4-6)
About Jody Daniels
I love the outdoors and the setting with this townhome is great for relaxing, fishing, biking or hiking up the colorado river. I travel a lot and with the Eagle Airport just up the hill from me I do not have to fight traffic. The golf is also great in the area and very reasonably priced.
Jody Daniels purchased this Townhome in 2008
Why Jody Daniels chose Gypsum
This unit is unquie in the sense that families can all be together and enjoy their privacy while visiting friends or relatives or just up for a weekend of snow sports or summer activities. All of which are very abundant in Eagle County.
What makes this Townhome unique
The unit is in a quiet area. Sits between the town of Eagle and the town of Gyspum off Hwy 6. Fishing on the Eagle River is at your back door.

We stayed at this property recently, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a wedding in Gypsum. It was ideal location to get to Vail and Aspen. Grocery stores and liquor stores are close by as well. The home was very clean and very quiet. We enjoyed our evenings sitting on back patio grilling and enjoying some evening cocktails. The only disappoinment was that the Eagle River was not accessible from the property. We would highly recommend this property.
Great Home Base for Gypsum Area
The townhouse is spacious and was very clean. A large table in the kitchen can accommodate a family gathering and the two queen beds were very comfortable. It's perfect to return to after long days out and about. It is quietly located within a landscape nursery which was fine for us. The arrangements with the owner went very smoothly and we will return.
Inside of the house was nice, otherwise it’s located in the middle of landscaping company, that was little bit weird. But it’s was close to skiing, so that made me happy, that’s why we went there.
Just what we needed. Very spacious and comfortable.
Looking forward to planning a fall visit
Condo was just as represented - spacious and clean.
We had a great stay at the condo. Our GPS took us to the wrong spot, but we found it based on the map the owners sent. We did have to buy toilet paper, as there wasn’t enough. Also know there is no hair dyer, shampoo, or conditioner provided. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. Overall a terrific value!
Overall, very nice clean unit that made us feel at home.
We really enjoyed staying at this unit, but had the hot water heater stop working on us multiple times. The first time we were able to reset it and get it working but the second time it broke for good. The last day and a half was spent without hot water. After a few cold days of skiing a nice hot shower is pretty important. If I owned this place I would have offered a discount as a way to make up for it. Regardless, these are nice units and as long as the hot water heaters get fixed I would stay here again.
The Glenwood hot springs is only 20 minutes to the west through the beautiful Glenwood Canyon. In addition there is a recreation center in the Town of Gypsum 3 miles to the west. They have daily rates for your convenience.
