Home has to be rented for 28 days or longer. Home has high vaulted ceiling and 30 feet of sliding glass windows which over looks the canal, lagoon and ocean. On quiet dead end street in a great neighborhood this 2 bedroom home with a loft. Centrally located about 25 minutes to Key West or Marathon. Private backyard has pool and lots of shade to relax. We fish, paddle board and kayak off the dock. easy access to ocean and gulf. Home must be rented for 28 days or longer per county rule.

excellent water access

Very nice. We were on the water every day possible, even some days when it wasn't so possible! Updated kitchen was nice. The loft area for the kids was amazing, we just threw them all up there and they felt like they were at camp. There is a bait freezer, ice chest and refrigerator downstairs that was so convenient and saved a lot of money being able to reuse ice and buy chum/bait in bulk. The area is a more mature population, but our young kids managed to find all the visiting grandkids to play in the streets and neighboring houses. We made lots of friends being right at the out, chatting with everyone about daily catches, dive sights, dolphin sightings just their day on the water. Sad to go, but would stay again. Leo was easy to communicate with, though we didn't reach out much as there was no need to

Great location! Kayak right across from house in lagoon. Felt comfortable just like home

Leo is a great host, quick response to any questions I had. Great neighbors and plenty of parking for boat trailer and truck.

Very Comfortable House with Wide Open View

We had a very enjoyable month in this lovely house on Summerland Key. We often went to Bahia Honda to walk and swim and Key West to eat, but we also enjoyed hanging out at the house and terrace, taking in the open sky and view and watching the boats go by. It's a very comfortable house, well equipped. The Keys are a joy to the eyes and the senses, the water is crystal clear at both Bahia Honda and Zacharay Taylor in Key West.

I am a retired firefighter from Palm Beach County. I have been visiting the Keys since the early 1980's and decided to purchase a home in the Keys in 1994. I enjoy everything about the Keys including fishing, spearfish, boating, and the warm laid back atmosphere.

Relax by the pool/ waterside, enjoy an adventure on a paddle board or kayak though the lagoon, fishing or shopping downtown Key West, there are endless possibilities! Enjoy the local cuisine with many great restaurants and local stores in the area or simply hop down to Key West located only 24 miles away.

Great central location 24 miles to Key West or Marathon. Fishing abounds with easy access to both the Atlantic and the Gulf, but also right from the dock. Quiet, cul de sac neighborhood makes it great for walking or biking.
