Nestled in the peaceful Eden Pines subdivision, this bright and cheery 2-bedroom home offers a tranquil setting where sightings of Key Deer are a common occurrence. Located just 32 miles from the renowned Duval Street, you'll find yourself in a serene locale with all the amenities of a dream vacation.

The property features a quiet road and is conveniently situated a mere 0.3 miles from a neighborhood boat ramp. Inside, Heavenly Hideout boasts a bright and open layout with abundant natural light and an array of windows. Cool tile flooring, soaring vaulted ceilings, and a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops create a welcoming space that's perfect for entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen includes stylish bar top seating for 4 and an indoor dining table for 4. The open living room offers a comfortable couch and scenic views of your upstairs screened in balcony.

For sleeping arrangements, the primary suite features a luxurious King bed, an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower, a large smart TV, and ample closet space for storage. The guest bedroom is furnished with a Full bunk bed and an additional twin trundle bed, complete with its own closet. A full guest bathroom is conveniently located just a few steps away from the bedroom.

Enjoy the downstairs Outdoor Oasis: Immerse yourself in the rejuvenating ocean breeze within your own private outdoor haven. You'll have access to a barbecue grill for cooking your freshly caught delights. Engage in a game of ping-pong or simply bask in the sunshine on one of the loungers. This is a 28-night minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. ***The renter will be asked to send a photo of their drivers license upon booking. If paying with a credit card, a 4% credit card processing fee will apply. All reservations subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Rental Manager within 24 hours. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Rental Manager for the reservation to be confirmed.
To ensure that you are protected, as well as the owner, we offer a $55 Damage Waiver Insurance. If you chose to opt out of the Damage Waiver a refundable Security Deposit of $1500 will be collected at time of booking.
