Birthday vacation

We recently stayed at this beautiful beach house and had an amazing time! The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Great location near the beach

Great location to the beach. Just a few steps to the boardwalk and then you cross over about a knee deep waterway to get to the beach. The access to the beach and lake with the waterway between was a fun place for the kids to play. The house has been nicely updated. The host was quick to respond and fix any problems. Enjoyed our week!

Awesome property!

This is an amazing and beautiful property. The colors are warm and inviting. Although built in the 90's, it is very chic and modern. Exceptionally clean and very close to the beach. Having extra beach chairs on site was a treat. The owner was responsive and made the process seamless. We loved it so much, we are considering booking again next year. Great shopping at the outlets about 25 minutes away. Lovely!

Family vacation

We loved staying at your home. House was perfect for 3 couples. Beds were so comfortable. House was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking accessories. The towels were also very nice which you do not see in alot of rentals. The only reason I gave a 4 for overall was the walking through water everyday to get to beach. It is waist deep and if you are ederly or have small children you will need help. The only way to walk down to beach is to go to end of road to a public access which is not very close if you are carrying chairs, coolers etc. Even though beach access is not great the house still exceeds a 10 rating.

Terrific house and location

SolMate was a fantastic property that we enjoyed for a week vacation as a family of 2 children, 4 adults and 2 grandparents. The house was recently updated and has a terrific beach vibe. It was very clean and has plenty of dinnerware and utensils in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms are nice. You literally have beach access just a few steps out the front door. There is a shallow lake to cross (knee deep) but it’s very easy not being a problem for small children or older grandparents. We love the lake access and like that the beach in that area is a little less crowded in that area. Seagrove itself is a great with terrific restaurants and shops. Highly recommend Kahve for daily coffee, Old Florida Fish House for dinner out, Buddy’s Seafood for a crab night and Pecan Jacks for Ice Cream. You can’t go wrong staying in Seagrove at SolMate.

Perfect Beach House

We had a great week in Seagrove Beach. The house was perfect for our family, with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make meals during your stay. The house is updated and decorated very nice with a coastal feel. The covered balcony was a great spot during the rain showers and the crows nest gave great views of the ocean. There are 2 beach accesses. The first one is only a 2 minute walk, however you do have to wade through knee to waist deep water to get to the beach. This access has a place to rinse off when leaving. The second one is a 5 minute walk, but does not allow canopy’s/tents. This access does not have a place to rinse off when leaving. Just some things to keep in mind depending on your family’s needs. We truly enjoyed our stay here at SolMate!

Very good overall stay --and super close to the beach

Our extended family (4 adults and 4 kiddos ages 2-10) enjoyed this home, most notably for its prime location along Eastern Lake and with a beach access point just a 90 second walk away. We thought the home was a very good deal for the amount of space and proximity to the beach/ocean. Check-in was smooth; access into the home was simple; and communications with Angela were great. Inside the home itself, the decorations were welcoming and the home was quite functional overall. The kitchen table was plenty big, and the primary appliances--stove, fridge, W/D, etc--all worked fine. There were a number of minor quibbles that made the home a bit less livable than ideal--for example, the handle to the lid the charcoal grill outside had rusted through; the beds were somewhat saggy in the middle; and the A/C was not able to fully cool the home below 76 or so during the hottest parts of the afternoon. Still, these weren't big enough issues to detract greatly from our overall stay, and we'd certainly consider coming back again.

Seagrove house

Cute house in a great location, however beach access closest to house is not usable unless you wade through waist high lake water which didn’t work for our family. The other beach access is walkable. It would’ve been nice to have basic shower necessities. There was no shampoo, bath soap in any of the bathrooms or laundry detergent. Owner was responsive and helped when we had issues with the TV.

We love the location by Eastern Lake and right in the middle in between Seaside and Rosemary! To us being able to easily walk out to the beach and leisurely walk the beautiful beach or sit and enjoy the lakeside and the gulf at the same time is priceless. Also, we like to bike to Seaside and Rosemary often and being so close to both has proven to be very convenient for us!

What makes this property unique

The views from the third floor balcony made us fall in love with this property. The sunsets from this location are absolutely gorgeous and being able to just sit and relax to enjoy them from one of the two balconies is amazing!
