Our family vacation stay at Mike place in Bethel was excellent. Definitely recommend the fabulous home and mountain views. The pictures do not truly capture how nice everything is.

We used the lodge as our wedding venue, and our time there was incredible. Mike was professional, responsive, and accommodating. Everything was well stocked and clean. The pictures don't do this house justice. We planned a ski weekend with some friends and this house had everything we could have needed our wanted, it was amazing. Mike the owner was super helpful as well and very communicative. We would most certainly stay here again the future!

Holiday Retreat

This is a fantastic home to host multiple families! We came for the holidays and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful home and all its amenities. The theatre, ping pong table and jacuzzi were huge hits after days of skiing at Sunday River nearby. The house was incredible and the property manager super responsive! We made incredible memories and are already planning a repeat visit!

Fantastic wedding venue, or wonderful place for a group to just get away.

My son and new daughter-in-law chose this as their wedding venue and we couldn't have been happier. The venue is clean, has amazing amenities, and couldn't have been more perfect for an event like this. Communication with the host was also fantastic. Whether for a wedding, other special event, or just a group get-away, I would highly recommend this place.

Great Place for Family Get Together

Our family ranged from 3 years to 77 years and we all found the house a great place to gather. There was enough space to come together and then to spread out for different activities. The children had a ball running around the huge backyard. The bedrooms were all clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with toiletries and linens.

Amazing stay in Bethel

Our stay at this property was absolutely amazing - the photos and descriptions do not do this place justice, it is even better in person. The house has nearly every amenity that you can imagine, the views are stunning, the location is close to town, it is spacious and comfortable, it is immaculately clean, and it is well-stocked with anything you might need during your stay. My group and I were so happy with our stay and even chose to alter some of our plans in order to spend some more time hanging at the house. I highly recommend this house to anyone with a big group staying in the area and I will definitely be staying here again next time I am in Bethel.

This home is nothing short of a dream home! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the breathtaking views and the thoughtful details throughout the house. The hot tub was massive and perfect for enjoying the mountain scenery. Every corner of this home feels designed for comfort and luxury, stocked with every amenity imaginable, it far exceeded our expectations. The host, who also owns the other unit we rented, was outstanding, quick to respond, extremely accommodating, and clearly dedicated to ensuring guests have a 5-star experience. The photos online don’t even begin to capture how beautiful and inviting this home truly is. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing Property

This house was absolutely perfect for our group of 20 this week. Proximity to Sunday River was great. This is probably one of the nicest ski houses we stayed at. House was equipped with everything. Ping Pong table, theater room and hot tub. Host was quick and response to any questions we had. Mike was super helpful. I could go on and go about how much we loved this house. We made wonderful memories this week with the kids and friends at this lovely home.

Excellent property for a group

With a few tweaks this would have rated “Excellent”. Host was very responsive to an issue and had repair men there promptly. Would guess if cleaners had advised him of the issue it may have been addressed without us having to notify him. House was perfect for our group of 12. Sunset view off the deck was fabulous and plenty of wood stocked for cozy fires. Additional hardware in the bathrooms to hang multiple towels would be helpful. Otherwise high end appliances and wonderful heated spa pool. All in all, would go again.

We are delighted that Ann and her group had a wonderful stay and disappointed she only rated it 4-stars. We always strive for a 5-star experience and when issues pop-up, strive to address them promptly. In this case, there was a leaky toilet which was identified on check-in and had a plumber out same-day to fix it.

Beautiful mountainside views, beautiful amenities

The house is beautiful and modern with gorgeous views! The incline of the road was intense at first, but became an exciting journey as the stay progressed. The house has everything you need and then some. Two dishwashers, two ovens, two washers/dryers. No TV in the common room allowed for more interacting and fun game nights. The house is situated on a slope with an amazing view of the sunset. The backyard is perfect for stargazing. Bethel is small and quaint, but we found fun things to do and see - a park down the road. A covered bridge not too far away. The Social Club accommodated our 14 guests on a whim. Provisions in town as well.
