Our newly renovated five bedroom, four bath 1900 square foot two story condo with a loft sleeps 12-14 and is located two blocks from Park City Mountain Resort lifts and ski school. We are two blocks from the supermarket, shopping, restaurants, and directly on the Park City shuttle route, which provides free transportation to the down town area and the other two resorts in Park City, Deer Valley and The Canyons.

We are continuing to improve your experience. This year we have replaced our washer and dryer with a new Extra high capacity washer and dryer with a sensor that will shut off automatically when the clothes are done. This means less time doing laundry and more time with your family.

We have also replaced the windows and doors increasing energy efficiency and keeping you toasty warm.

It is perfect for two families on a ski vacation, a family reunion or a group gathering. This season is different with Covid but we are taking all precautions necessary. Faceless check in plus cleaning before and after you leave.

Our condo now has granite counter tops with under mount sinks, new cabinetry throughout, alder doors with oversized matching molding, fresh paint, natural travertine stone tile in the kitchen and baths, and new carpeting.

The condo has free Wi-Fi internet access with 6 wall mounted flat panel cable/ Roku smart TV’s, which means every bedroom and the living room is a place where you can relax after your day of skiing. Every bedroom has energy efficient heaters, electric thermostats and overhead fans. Additionally there is a carbon dioxide detector, a boot and glove warmer, two out door decks, a fireplace and a common area hot tub.

As always we are a family and “kid friendly” operation and our newly renovated condo proudly sports several features, such as a port-a-crib, stroller and a high chair, which will make your visit a pleasure. We can recommend services for child care, discounted ski equipment/gear and car rental, bus route info and our favorite family friendly restaurants. Our welcome letter will also provide information for our preferred transportation company from the airport as well as information on the other activities such as hot air balloon rides, snowmobiling, fly fishing and mountain biking.

Great stay with a great host! Donna was extremely easy to dialogue with, had a semi-unique situation and she understood fully and was happy to work with our family. The place was fun, clean, and fit our needs to a T. Liked the shaded balcony in the back room, the furniture, the clean bathrooms, etc - Park City is a great destination even in the summer, and this place is well situated to walk to down town for the street fairs and shops but yet out of the noise of the bars closing down! Will def. try and get back in winter!

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and all necessities were provided… toilet paper, laundry detergent etc. Easy communication w the owner. Crystal, the housekeeper, also did some grocery shopping for us which was great so that we were already stocked when we arrived. Free bus right in front that can get you anywhere you need to go. Would stay again for sure.

Donna was a responsive, accommodating & helpful host throughout our booking. The location is excellent-a quick free shuttle takes you right to the Main Street shopping & dining area. My 4 year old grandson LOVED the sledding hill next to the local library, a 10 min. walk. Would recommend young children & seniors stay on the first level of the unit, as the spiral staircase (pictured) is rather narrow & creaky. There are a few card/board games, but no children's toys. WiFi worked well.

Our family- We love to come to Utah to ski, hike and just relax! The view is stunning and the people are amazing! This is our home away from home. We have been coming to Utah to ski for close to 20yrs. We have 4 wonderful children who also think Utah is like a second home to them.

Why they chose this property

We come from Florida twice a year for a family vacation, take the direct flight into Salt Lake City International Airport, and are on the slopes by noon of our first day of our vacation. We love it so much we decided to make it our second home.
