Our newly renovated five bedroom, four bath 1900 square foot two story condo with a loft sleeps 12-14 and is located two blocks from Park City Mountain Resort lifts and ski school. We are two blocks from the supermarket, shopping, restaurants, and directly on the Park City shuttle, which provides free transportation to the down town area and the other two resorts in Park City, Deer Valley and The Canyons.

We are continuing to improve your experience. This year we have replaced our washer and dryer with a new Extra high capacity washer and dryer with a sensor that will shut off automatically when the clothes are done. This means less time doing laundry and more time with your family.

We have also replaced the windows and doors increasing energy efficiency and keeping you toasty warm.

It is perfect for two families on a ski vacation, a family reunion or a group gathering. This is our sixth year renting and this will be our most exciting and successful season yet. We are proud to announce we have just completed a top to bottom renovation, and the transformation is phenomenal. If you have rented with us before you will love the facelift and if this is your first visit you be impressed.

our condo now has granite counter tops with under mount sinks, new cabinetry throughout, alder doors with oversized matching molding, fresh paint, natural travertine stone tile in the kitchen and baths, and new carpeting.

The condo has Wi-Fi internet access, and an on site lap top computer for the use of our guests. There are 6 wall mounted flat panel cable TV’s, which means every bedroom and the living room is a place where you can relax after your day of skiing. Every bedroom has energy efficient heaters, electric thermostats and overhead fans. Additionally there is a carbon dioxide detector, a boot and glove warmer, two out door decks, a fireplace and a common area hot tub.

As always we are a family and “kid friendly” operation and our newly renovated condo proudly sports several features, such as a port-a-crib and a high chair, which will make your visit a pleasure. We are stocked with board games, so enjoy our dedicated game room and card table, where Uno and Poker are always on the menu. If cards aren’t your thing then there’s always Playstation II (bring or rent games of your choice), Scrabble, Trivial Pursuit or for the little ones Bingo and Guess Who.

To make your trip most convenient and efficient you won’t need to carry a door key that can be misplaced or stolen. Your party will be given a unique combination to the digital door lock that will allows all members of your party to have access. There’s no getting locked out, no key to loose, and no key to mail back.

As always everything you will need to make your stay complete is provided, from linens, towels, a washer and dryer in the unit, basic condiments in the pantry and one free parking space.

Our cleaning service, is meticulous and only uses non-allergenic “green” cleaning products. They normally clean the condo at the conclusion of your trip, but should you feel the need, they are available to perform additional cleanings at your request.

We are excited with the results of the renovation but we are ecstatic about our rates, which will remain super economical. In the future we may need to raise our prices, so book now to take advantage of our rates, which are 25% less than similar condos in the area. Our goal is not monetary gain, but to have a place for family and friends to use as a winter retreat. Therefore, please rent our condo but treat it as if it is your own. Smoking is not permitted and if you break something (as you can imagine this is pretty common with kids) either replace it or let us know so we can replace it for others to use in the future.

As a family run operation, we realize a ski vacation can become expensive, Therefore we will pass along a newsletter with some tips for savings on your trip to Park City. We also have some tips for child care, discounted ski equipment/gear and car rental, bus route info and our favorite family friendly restaurants. Our welcome letter will also provide information for our preferred transportation company from the airport as well as information on the other activities such as hot air balloon rides, snowmobiling, fly fishing and mountain biking.

We are strong supporters of the local economy, therefore we have built a relationships with a co-op of local reliable, sane nannies that have grouped together to provide childcare for our guests. If you have young children that are too little to ski or older

We come from Florida twice a year for a family vacation, take the direct flight into Salt Lake City International Airport, and are on the slopes by noon of our first day of our vacation. We love it so much we decided to make it our second home.

Great Condo with a few problems

First off, let me just say the owners are great. They are responsive and quick to take care of problems. The rooms are great (although the TV's are small), and the location is ideal. However, there were problems with the fridge leaking, the dishes were not clean, the stove caught fire and we had to smother it with baking soda and open the windows to clear out the smoke. The advertised children's area really didn't work since the gaming console they advertised and games were broken. If they fixed up these problems, I would definitely stay again.

Nice place, on bus route, walked to mountain

Plenty of room great location for very reasonable price, close to mountain. We took bus downtown as it was too far to walk, about a half mile. Bus stop was in parking lot. Hot tub is a large community tub, across the courtyard from the condo. Would visit again.

Comfy, as promised and shown in Video

Clean, close to down town, the owners were responsive (we had trouble with the code to get in, but were forgetting to hit the # sign for enter).

It's exactly what we expected, except the owners haven't updated the video and house plan, which shows two full beds in one of the bedrooms upstairs, but it's actually full beds with twin bunks.

Recently renovated and it had carpet installed in the last couple of months (new carpet smell). Overall good experience.... I like the fact that the owners don't accept deposits that have to be returned to us at a later date.

Family Reunion

There were 16 of us in this townhome. We didn't know that it was on the third floor. We assumed (our fault) there was air conditioning. It was in the 90's in Park City the weekend we were there. In the evenings there is a cool breeze, but it doesn't cool down the upstairs bedrooms. The bathrooms were nice, the beds were okay, half of the televisions didn't work (not all of them had remote controls). It said it had a high chair (we couldn't find it). The grandkids found candies and other stuff under some of the beds that I guess were left by the previous renter. A couple of the sheets on the beds had stains. It was really nice we were able to walk to the Park City Resort and participate in the activities there. Across the street (behind the 7/11) is a really nice park with a great playground for the kids. With the spiral staircase, I wouldn't suggest toddlers stay there because I spent my time, sitting on the bottom stair making sure they didn't try to go up the stairs.

Destination Wedding

We just returned from our Park City adventure-a lovely week culminating in the marriage of our son and his bride! Our visit was fantastic, and staying at the condo added to the fun! The condo was exactly as described, and it was more than comfortable for the five couples who shared it. It was well appointed and well stocked to meet the needs of all. We enjoyed the proximity to town and the Park City Resort, where the wedding took place high on the mountain. Everything that we could have wanted was well within walking distance. We are very grateful to the Normans for sharing their home with us, and we are already planning a one year anniversary get-together in Park City for next summer. We hope that the condo will again be available for us!
