And then if you want a little more hustle & bustle, downtown is just a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive away! So happy you had a great time while staying with us! Wow thank you. We do think we're the best value in Bend. In fact, we think we are hands down the best LOCATION in Bend. There's no other place right on the river and also maybe a 12-minute walk into the heart of downtown.

Kamm, With each unit here at Bend Riverside Rentals we try our best to have all the necessities needed during ones stay. We do a minimum of two inventories a year to make sure we are fully stocked. Plus, if you are ever here and find yourself in need of something the office is only a phone call away and we will gladly bring it to you if we have any extras on hand! Maggie, we appreciate the awesome review of our place! If you are looking for an affordable place in downtown Bend this is surely it! You have spectacular views of the Deschutes river from your own private balcony along with being only a ten minute walk to the heart of downtown! If you happen to bring your furry friend along, we recommend taking them on the river-trail walk and to Pioneer Park as they will have many friends to play with. We cannot wait to have you back and we are thrilled to hear everyone was happy with their stay!

We are just steps away from the breathtaking Deschutes river, a minute from Pioneer Park, and just a short 10-15 minute stroll into downtown.
