It was a very good stay bit there was so many spiderwebs with spiders on them around the front and back area….i wanted to sit on the back area but the seating area looked like it needed some attention….

Amazing Find!

My family of 3 decided to stay here for a quick 3 day trip. The space was nice and clean. Really loved the private pool and hot tub. The cabin was really close to a lot of activities and restaurants. We had stuff to do all day and could come back to the cabin to relax and enjoy the space. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Close to everything but secluded.

The views are great. Nice to have a pool and hot tub to yourself. Great to just sit and relax and hangout at the cabin or do all the smokies have to offer.

Anniversy 2023

We absoutly loved our stay! The cabin/house is just amazing. The only complaints I have are that the house wasnt cleaned very well and its not mentioned that you will be in a residentual neighborhood.

Not what I expected

The location is close to everything. However, The hot tub doesn't get hot enough. The pool water was to cold to even get in. The jacuzzi tub jets don't work and you run out of hot water before tub is even half full. Definately needs a new mattress for bed. The pool table was nice.

Edge of paradise needs improvement

Spiderwebs look like they been there forever.not what u want to see after spending almost 600.00a night.they were everywhere,,even on the lamp next to the bed. The pool must have a leak also,if u do t keep the hose running in the pool the water goes down very low....under 3 ft. N the hot tub in the room u have to hit the button like 25 times for the jets to turn on n then black mold shoots out. If updated it would be a nice cabin, but it needs a lot of work. Also tv speaker in room was blown.overall not worth the money.

Horrible! No hot water in the house!

No we did not enjoy it at all. The cabin itself was falling apart. There was no hot water in the house. We couldn't shower and was there for 3 days. The yard was covered in trash. The view was so over grown you couldn't see anything. There was a squirle living in the front room ceiling we could hear it all night long. All the trash around the deck brought raccoons to the porch and they stole one of our phones as well as not being scared of us at all we couldn't use the deck the second night because they wouldn't leave. The pool alarm went off at 10am and they didn't get it fixed until 6pm. By far the worst cabin we have ever rented. We took our own electric skillet and had to bring it home covered in bacon grease cause there was no hot water to even wash it. The dishwasher didn't even get the dishes clean cause it could not get hot water. The list went on. The windows were so nasty we couldn't see out. The tub had standing water in it due to not being level. The hot tub was so unlevel and falling when 1 person got in most of the water dumped out and we had to refill it. When we tried to reach the host she acted like she didnt understand what we were saying do we had to call the 800 number to get a repair order set up. The walls had brown stuff seaping out. We were totally scammed by this cabin.

It is truly unacceptable that you had to go without hot water for three days. I can only imagine how uncomfortable and challenging that must have been, especially when it impacted essential activities like showering and washing dishes. I am also very sorry to hear about the cabin's condition. The overgrown view and unclean windows certainly do not meet the standards we aim to provide for our guests. Encountering trash, wildlife around the deck, and raccoons that made the area unusable must have been distressing. This is not the serene getaway you deserve, and I empathize with how much this disrupted your stay. I regret that we didn't resolve the pool alarm more promptly and that there were issues with the hot and main tub. Hearing about the rodents in the ceiling is concerning, and I am truly sorry you felt unsafe and uncomfortable in the home. It must have been disheartening to think that your calls for help were met with dismissiveness. That is not the support we strive to provide, and your feelings are entirely valid. It is unacceptable that your concerns weren't addressed with the urgency they deserved when you reached out, and we completely understand why you left feeling let down. We want all our guests to have a wonderful experience, and it profoundly pains us to hear that we fell short. Your feedback is invaluable to us.

This cabin was so good we cancelled our plans to the dinner theater to hang out in the cabin. It had everything we could want but we could have used a couple more pillows for the bed.

DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE!!!!

First off pool was disgusting and cold could not even use it. The whole place is overrun with spiders and centipedes. Founds hundreds of them. The jacuzzi had terds right beside it so obviously wasn't cleaned. I have picturesof everything and how dirty it was not counting the black mold all over the place. The ceilings were coming apart and mouse terds and insulation was falling from ceilings in kitchen and bedroom. Ive never stayed at a place this bad before. The furniture outside was dry rotted and we were scared to use any of it. Tried tocall, email, and message on app and was never given a call back or message response. Please save ur money and do not rent this dump. Pictures online are very deceiving.

Great stay!

Enjoyed the cleanliness, and the fabric softener smell to the linens was wonderful! Enjoyed the deck, outdoor furniture, fireplace, and jacuzzi but ran out of time to use the pool table. The pool was too chilly to use, so we jumped in the hot tub again! Would definitely stay again!
