A Home Away from Home in the Quaint Village of New Glarus

This privately owned brick house has been a family treasure. The home features original oak trim, cabinetry and flooring. The floor tile in the foyer and upstairs bathroom are all inlaid and original. Furnishings and decor make the home cozy and inviting. This house is able to accomodate family or friend gatherings and reunions, yet offer quiet time and relaxation.
There is a large front open porch for visiting with family and friends or sipping your favorite beverage. The back yard is spacious and guests can enjoy a meal on the patio or a sit next to the fire pit.
Located in the rolling hills of southern Wisconsin, the village of New Glarus hosts several festivals throughout the year. Visitors can enjoy the ethnic foods and local entertainment. The guest house is located within walking distance of the downtown area which offers shopping and many fine Swiss/German restaurants. The Sugar River Bike Trail is also located near the guest house as is the popular New Glarus Brewery.

Awesome Stay!

We loved spending the night here - there are so many beds and spaces to explore! It was a little tight in the morning with only two bathrooms, but we made it work. We’ll DEFINITELY stay here again!

We just had a girls weekend here - we had 11 ladies and had more than enough space to sleep & hang out. The house is adorable and so much fun to explore! Very spacious with plenty of seating for a large group.
