Don’t let the outside of the house fool you . The newly renovated den was adorable. It came with everything you needed. Very cozy and quiet because you’re in the lower level of the home. I would highly recommend staying there. It was a very nice place for our girls weekend.

Hello Kellie - I am sorry you were not happy with your stay. But I am also confused about the lack of communication and integrity you reference in your review. Specifically, you reached out to us a total of 9 times during your stay and we responded either immediately or within the hour every time. We addressed every concern you had immediately. Even when you entered the wrong unit and parked in the wrong spot, we were able to help you find your way to the correct locations. We offer one parking spot per flat and clearly communicate the space with all of our guests prior to arrival. I am sorry you felt the need to raise your voice to another guest when you parked in the incorrect spot. That must have been stressful. We are a family and this is our only vacation rental that we pride ourselves on offering a clean and welcoming space. We treat our guests with the kindness and integrity that we operate in our daily lives, and ask that guests treat us the same in return. I am sorry you felt that you had to yell at my husband during your stay and hang up on him. But he absolutely responded calmly and respectfully to you in spite of how you spoke to him. You must have been very unhappy with the space. We did refund you a full nights stay when it was not required of us. I am not sure how we could have been more respectfully communicative or shown more integrity in our actions with you. We do wish you all the best and in the future we hope you are able to find a stay that meets your needs.

The apartment was clean, but there was a slight smell inside, that we couldn’t pinpoint. Wasn’t terribly offensive but we noticed it. The apartment is cute and did the job for what we needed. The host left a thank you note and a few snacks which was thoughtful. Would’ve loved to have a fan somewhere inside, just a note for future guests.

A very cute and small space that has a home feel to it. As a gal that’s sensitive to a lot of strong smells. I especially loved that it had a fresh clean smell with no scent plug ins. Very clean, very comfortable. Very safe neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Lovely appointed basement apartment. In person view better than pictures. Very nice to include snacks, all soaps for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. We could hear people above us, but didn’t bother us. Great large backyard to play ball in with our pup. Walking trail right off the property. Close to bars, shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. Management very responsive and accommodating.

Great place

We were in town for a wedding, and this was the perfect place for us and our two young children. The space was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was extremely friendly and helpful and was quick to respond to any messages. We would definitely recommend!

Great location, fantastic communication!

Close to a great walking path with easy highway access into Madison. The hosts were quick in communication and responsive which was very much appreciated given our short-notice booking and request.
