This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is centrally located in Granby giving you easy access to Winter Park and the west entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Park. There will be plenty of space to unwind in privacy with two bedrooms; there's a queen in the main bedroom and a futon in the second bedroom. Worried about entertainment during your stay? This charming mountain escapade features nothing but free WiFi throughout the home and two flatscreen TVs–a 34-inch TV with a DVD player in the living room and a 25-inch TV in the main bedroom. Chilly nights won't bother you thanks to the gas fireplace available. Coming back from the slopes? Soak your tiredness away in the community hot tub–your muscles will be endlessly thankful. The Lodge at Ten Mile offers easy access to many Rocky Mountain vacation attractions, such as skiing, biking, fishing, and golfing. All within a half hour or less drive are Rocky Mountain National Park, three area lakes, four golf courses, Winter Park Resort, Hot Sulphur Springs, and miles of hiking and biking trails.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
