Direct ocean front 2 Br condo on the 12th floor of Royale Palms, connected to Hilton, Myrtle Beach. You will be amazed by the open floor plan and the spacious feel of the living & dining area. Direct ocean front private balcony, accessed from the living room and main bedroom.

You'll sleep soundly in the King bed and wake up to beautiful sunrise views from primary bedroom. Spend time lounging outside while sipping on something hot or cold; or cook up your favorite foods to entertain your family and friends. Secondary bedroom is 2 Queen bed, so plenty of space for the group. As our guests, you are always invited to use the owners' fenced in private pool area for more secluded relaxation. For an additional fee. This condo can be rented with Unit #1201H to make a larger 3 BR/3 BA combined space for extended family and friends.

You are close to many local attractions such as the famous Myrtle Beach Boardwalk -- Home to the SkyWheel, the 6th Tallest Ferris Wheel in the United States. Within minutes there is Barefoot Landing for LIVE music venues at The Alabama Theater and House of Blues, plus unlimited shopping at the unique shops of Barefoot Landing and Tanger Outlet Malls. For family friendly adventures, there's fun-themed mini-golf courses, Broadway at the Beach, with amusement park rides, Ripley's Aquarium, Pelicans Baseball, Grand Prix go- carts, Myrtle Waves water slide, fine dining seafood restaurants, and more specialty shopping. Be sure to catch weekly fireworks displays all summer, up and down the beach! Arcadian Shores is the most immediate golf course, located right outside the Kingston Plantation perimeter, but there are 100's more to choose from within a half hour drive. With all this to do, you are certainly in the heart of coastal Southern Hospitality!

Perfect Beach getaway property

We loved our stay here. Everything was very clean, right on the ocean, love staying in this building with access to Hilton and the beach right there. Would definitely stay here again.

Great first long term stay!

Large unit and view were beautiful as shown in listing. Nice clean building and convenient parking garage. Easy access to beach and Hilton outdoor bar/restaurant - Wet Whistle. Great beach for walking. Close to shopping, restaurants and golf. Gym 5 minute drive away was nice bonus. Overall we had a great stay!

Great beach stay for small family

We enjoyed a great week here in the busy summer! The unit is just as it is described and shown in photos. Hosts were very responsive and provided great detailed information prior to check in with specific details and follow up after check out. Great location just south of North Myrtle Beach in an area that isn't as crowded as other areas. BUT it is close to plenty shopping and restaurants. The beach area was GREAT as well!

It was delightful, as always.

Our condo was ocean front, looked out over the sand pool and had a great view. It was comfortable although the kitchen was sparsely equipped and the refrigerator was ann old model and not user friendly. Everything else was fine. Chanda and Navin, B-2 Vacations, are wonderful, responsive and eager to correct any issues that arise. We love Royale Palms, having stayed there many times and will return next year, although probably to a different unit.

Amazing ocean views

This unit is right on the beach with beautiful ocean views. Nicely situated for golfers- barefoot resort is a 5 minute drive and the Dunes Club and Grand Dunes are super close and all great courses. Also a very quick trip to Walmart to get groceries. Really enjoyed access to the Hilton beachfront bar (Wet Whistle). Property management was great. Already booked again for next year!!

Awesome Condo!

We stayed in this condo for a long weekend with friends and had a wonderful time. The view is a beautiful ocean front view. The condo was very clean and spacious. The bedrooms are in a split floorplan and are very private. The kitchen was well equipped. They even left snacks! We would definitely stay here again! Kim

Great location with a beautiful view, away from busy downtown, yet close enough for easy uber ride to restaurants and shopping. Very clean with tasteful decor. Easy access to Hilton property, loved the Tiki Bar. Some confusion on use of the Hilton pool. Had to have a wrist band. But was happy to use Royale Palm condo pool and beach.

Fall 2024 at the Royale Palms Overlooking the Beach

Beautiful well appointed 2 bedroom Condo Unit overlooking the Beach. This is our second extended Fall stay in Unit 1201. We are planning on returning again in May and again in the fall of 2025. The unit is spacious, well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay, including beach chairs and umbrellas. Onsite parking is handy, beach is beautiful. Close to everything. Use of gym close by is an added bonus.Chanda and Navin are amazing to work with and helped make planning our trip and enjoying our stay seamless. Would recommend Royale Palms Unit 1201 and B2 Vacations to anyone.

Why they chose this property

Royale Palms has everything our family loves. For our kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony.

Kingston Resort is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment. The proximity to the Hilton restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of staying in a hotel with the privacy of a personal home.
