SHEER PERFECTION on a grand scale! The moment you step inside, you will feel immersed in luxurious comfort -- from the quartz countertops in the kitchen, marble countertops in the bathrooms, custom tile work in both kitchen and bathrooms, LVP flooring in the main areas and bedrooms, and the modern twist on the lighting. Soft palettes of color will please the eyes every direction you turn within our 1,800+ square foot interior. Wait until you step out onto our deck that overlooks Margate's two-tier pool and surrounding deck and the Atlantic Ocean! This is one of the deepest deck spaces you will find oceanfront in the Margate. We are on the second floor, but you couldn't tell it by the view.

The kitchen is fully appointed with full-size stainless steel appliances and useful housewares to make meal preparation during your vacation easy and even inspired in this setting! Take your drinks and meal out to the deck where you'll find plenty of furnishings to accommodate the whole family.

Our split three-bedroom, two full bath floorplan can sleep between six and eight guests. You won't believe how much space our home has. The two bedrooms with king beds have terrific oceanfront views. Cozy up on the spacious sectional couch and relax for a movie marathon or a good read -- if the view of the ocean doesn't distract you!

Oh... and sorry... roses are not included. You can still make your getaway a romantic one without them!

This is the second time my family and I stayed at this property. Clean, bright, spacious and a beautiful ocean view. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to enjoy your vacation even beach towels! The host is very responsive, even when we thought we left something behind. Highly recommend!

We could not have been more pleased with every aspect of this property! The condo was beautiful, the grounds were immaculate and service was top notch. there wasn't anything we needed that wasn't already stocked in the unit. Our stay was wonderful! This condo is absolutely beautiful and the views of the pools and beach were breathtaking. Most importantly it was super clean! The owner communicated to us everything we needed to know about accessing property. The condo was stocked with everything you could of possibly needed. Also very Important, furniture was comfortable and accommodated a family while we relaxed at night from a fun day in the sun. Beautiful development, parking was great. The elevator brought you right down to the pools and beach was steps away. Would absolutely stay again at this magnificent property! Thank you!

My husband and I and our 2 small children stayed here for the week and I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay at the beach. The check in process was easy and the communication with the owner was flawless…if there was anything we needed or questions we had they were answered right away. The property is beautiful and the unit was amazing, there wasn’t anything we needed that wasn’t provided. We were right there ocean front and where we could see the outdoor pool as well. It was very accommodating, and only a few steps away to the beach access bridge. We will definitely be back again ☀️ 🏖
