Why they chose this property
The Fred Tibbs building is perfectly located downtown and on the water. We love walking from the condo just a couple blocks to the best restaurants in town , shops and galleries. The sunset from the dock or the condo itself is epic. If you are a kayaker, you can launch from the unit.
What makes this property unique
The location makes the Fred Tibbs building unique. The rooms are larger than a standard hotel and offer a full kitchen and private bathroom and on top of that, there is shared laundry facilities available.
