Just a heads-up: this unit does not have a washer or dryer. However, there is a local laundromat in town that you’re welcome to use.

Please note that there is no washing machine or dryer available for guest use at this property.
For group bookings (up to 6 guests), consider booking the Crow’s Nest Suite (sleeps 2) — located on the same property
Shared amenities (hot tub and outdoor shower) are rarely crowded and often enjoyed privately
Tofino Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am





Host Rules:
-Renters agreement must be signed
-Age Requirement: Guests must be 21 years or older to make a booking.
-Guest limit and Quiet Hours: 4 guest max. ( will allow 1 additional child but must get approval first) In accordance with Tofino regulations, short-term rentals may not accommodate more than 6 guests, including infants and children on one vacation rental property. This means with two vacation rentals on the same property there can ONLY be 6 guests between both rentals (combined with The Crow Suite and The Anchor).
-Peak Summer Season (July and August): A 3-night minimum stay is required. All bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. We do allow a 2-night stay only if there is a 2-night opening. If you receive a "host unavailable" message despite seeing availability, please contact us. Our booking system has specific rules and may require manual adjustments.
-Canadian Statutory Holidays: A 3-night minimum stay applies for all Canadian statutory holidays (Must be Friday to Monday).
-Pet Policy: This property allows 1 dog only and must be owner approved. Sorry no cats allowed!
-Discounted Rates: We offer discounted rates for month-long stays only during our low season (January-March 15).
-On-Site Tenant: A long-term tenant lives on-site in a separate caretaker suite, as required by Tofino Bylaws.
-Strict quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Any noise complaints may result in a noise fine. Please be respectful of neighbors and locals.
-Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30-day cancellation policy. If you cancel with 30 days' notice, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made without the required notice will not be refunded. We do not move or adjust reservations within the 30-day notice period.
-Accidental Damage Protection: Accidental Damage Protection is included in the total cost of your reservation—there is no additional fee after booking, as it is automatically applied at the time of purchase. This coverage protects against accidental damages up to $1,000 that may occur during your stay.
Please note: This protection does not apply to damages caused by parties, unauthorized events, or negligent behavior. It is strictly intended for unintentional mishaps that may happen while you're staying in the home.
