About Paul and Gail Teveliet
My husband and I are recently retired and enjoy an active lifesyle that include racing our sailboat, skiing, hiking, traveling, and beach time. We were born and raised in the Portland area. Went to Franklin and Milwaukie High Schools. This home was built by Paul and his brother when he was in his mid twenties to be very strong to stand up to the coastal storms and it has survived many with no damage.
Why Paul and Gail Teveliet chose Lincoln Beach
close to a local airport. Located between Newport and Lincoln City. With a panoramic view up and down the coast for many beautiful sunsets. No traffic going by or noisy people. We are located at the end of a cult de sac overlooking the ocean. We built the home to live full time but plans changed so we decided to let others enjoy it also. We appreciate it being taken care of which makes it possible to keep the cost down.

Great home for our stay
This property was perfect for our group of seven. It was easy to find with spectacular ocean views. We loved enjoying sunset on the deck. Everything was well-equipped and we'll look forward to a longer stay next time we are on the Oregon coast!
We'll Be Back
This is our second visit to this wonderful beach house. It is clean and welcoming with thought given to your every comfort. The new decks are a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the ocean views. The beach is conveniently close. Our only small complaint is that the internet is impossibly slow. We look forward to our next visit.
Nice Get Away
We enjoyed our stay at this property. The view was very beautiful. We spotted whales from the living window while we were there. The we had 6 adults and 2 children and we aphid plenty of space.
We loved the house! Saw a whale from the house windows this morning.
Very easy. Loved it!
