A large patio spans across the entire front and all along the north side, creating a wonderful extension of the indoor space. Enjoy your own personal golf tee above the house where guests can take turns hitting 200-250 yards through the trees.

Why they chose this property
We had the opportunity to add this estate back to our family's ranch. This parcel was originally owned by Wilber and Mable Ostrander and in 1934 they sold off their ranch and this parcel was sold separately. Our parents bought the main Osterander Ranch in the early 1970's (that is contiguous with the main Crook Ranch) and we are now bringing the ranch back together.
