Come enjoy all of what Mystic has to offer! Conveniently located at the northern tip of the Mystic River, you'll have quick access to local attractions. The famous Olde Mistick Village is under two miles, the Mystic Seaport Museum is within three, and historic Downtown Mystic is a 3-mile bike ride away along scenic River Road. Whether you want to explore what this area has to offer or simply relax in the screened-porch, this house has it all! Hosts are local and happy to provide suggestions.
Early check-ins can usually be coordinated with a $25 fee, just ask us in advance.

We had a great stay at The Sunshine House! Clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and close to all the fun places to visit in Mystic! Tyler was communicative and readily available for questions! We hope to return soon!

What a cute house! Within an easy drive of Mystic, and ready access to the interstate. House was comfortable, well appointed and excellently laid-out. Spacious yard gives plenty of room to walk your dog. The owners were easily available and ready to help with questions you may have. They also provide a lot of info on what's happening in the area. Truly a most pleasant place to stay. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place for small family with pets!

Overall very clean and accommodating for a small family with pets. The location is perfect and within a few mins drive to everything. We felt safe and comfortable the entire trip. No complaints!

Lovely home

Clean, convenient located, cute house with all the touches to make a comfortable stay. Dog friendly including toys! Also snacks and coffee for guests. Close to all major mystic attractions and beach. Very close to Esker Point Bench, which is dog friendly. Comfy beds and fully equipped kitchen. Altogether a great stay!

Lovely very clean.

The inside was lovely the rooms were clean and plenty of room. Things we wanted to do and see were close to house, just what we were looking for. Check in was easy and communication with host was perfect. Even taking out the garbage and re-cycle with not an issue.

Perfect home base for all Mystic has to offer!

We came to town for a dance competition and it was a perfect little home during the week for our family of 4. It’s centrally located so you aren’t far from anything, and of course my kids devoured the snacks left for us on the first day (thank you!). Comfortable beds, and the house came with all the amenities you would need. Surprise bonus was all the tiny little frogs that live in the backyard & entertained my kids for hours.

Perfect Location and House!

The Sunshine House was the perfect place for us (3 adults) to stay for a long weekend. The house was immaculate, having AC was a luxury after warm days of seeing local sights, and was the perfect balance of doing some meals at the house and others out at local establishments. Great weekend getaway

This was a perfect location for a girls weekend. The kitchen was perfect for cooking our own meals and the dining room table and living room were cozy spots for catching up. We had a rainy stay so we didn't get to use the gazebo or the sun porch but they look great. We loved being a few minutes away from everything.

Convenient location & good-sized house

The house is clean, well-presented and spacious enough for my family of 4. I love that the office includes a twin bed instead of the sofa seen in the photo so my other child may sleep there comfortably. The kitchen is stocked with necessary items, and I'm grateful for the sugar, coffee, ketchup, mayo, cooking oil, spices and generous treats my kids discovered straight away! Check-in was easy. Tyler provided us as much useful information before we checked in and maintained good communication with us. Appreciate that he came over to shovel the driveway as it snowed the 1st night of our stay. The place is close to many main Mystic attractions, shops and activities that we did as well as restaurants. Overall, a wonderful stay and certainly will recommend the place if you are planning a trip to Mystic.

Amazing stay!

House was clean, perfect layout for me, my fiancé and our 2 pups. There would even be room for another couple or a single person for the downstairs room. Plenty of space, even for the dog crate, mats, bowls. We loved being able to have our dogs with us. They’re well behaved and very attached so we try to take them whenever we can. This house was so perfect. About a 15-20 min drive to Mohegan Sun (where we saw a concert) and 5-10 min to Mystic. We would definitely come back because we didn’t have the time to do all we wanted to do. Super comfortable to stay, and clean! 10/10 would recommend!

I am a full time real estate agent and Hope works in one of the shops in the Mystic Village. We are local and happy to assist with any tips or recommendations for things to do!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This home has been beautifully re-designed and is a great place to vacation, but also has a dedicated office area if you are looking to get some work done. The location puts you a few short minutes away from the historic Olde Mistick Village.
My favorite part about this home is it's convenience to the Mystic River. It is a few hundred feet away from the start of scenic River Road, which is just perfect for any avid runner or biker to enjoy great views. The road starts at the tip of the river and ends in Downtown Mystic!

We are close enough to all of the benefits of the area, but far enough away where you can have time to yourselves and relax!
