About this property

Serendipity Gulfront

Gulf Beach Front 3 bedroom/3 bathroom home and separate 1/1 cottage Sunset`s from your back deck and morning shell searches out your back door. All bedrooms are King Bed en-suite.
Located on the North Endof Anna Maria Island.
Gas BBQ on the lower deck. TV`s located in all bedrooms . Plenty of space for two families to enjoy.
New Hot Tub- Beach Side for Sunset Toasts, Golf Cart, Paddle Boards, Kayak, and Bikes Included
Bike to the local Farmers Market or Movies in the Park every Tuesday.

For those guests wanting to use the Equipment provided, we do require a signed waiver for anyone 18 or older.

We are pet friendly! Pre-approved pet`s , a signed pet agreement and pet fee paid in full will be needed.
House Rules (Summary)

• Reservation is not confirmed until payment and agreement are completed.
• Cancellations: 91+ days prior to arrival are refundable (minus $300). Within 90 days are non-refundable.
• Pets: Allowed with prior approval only. $500 per pet + signed pet waiver. Unauthorized pets incur a 25% surcharge.
• Guest Verification: Photo ID and guest list required for all reservations.

• All guests 18+ must sign an Equipment & Amenity Waiver
• A valid email address is required to complete all documents via electronic signature
• Pool, hot tub, bikes, paddleboards, kayaks, and all on-property equipment require a signed waiver
• Golf cart use is limited to guests age 25+ with a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and signed agreement

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The property is very pretty and so close to a pretty, not crowded beach. The 6 person golf cart was perfect!

This house was the perfect spot for our family reunion which included two small children. The back porch opens to an expanse of sand (makes for a killer sand box) and is just steps from the beach (which not only provides breathtaking views but is also super convenient for trips back and forth to the house). The hosts live nearby and were super responsive to our questions about the area.

These cute old Florida cottages on the beach are hard to come by. Such beautiful decor and a fabulous view of the ocean. The beach equipment and golf cart were an appreciated bonus, too. We would stay here again!

We had a great time. Perfect location and it was very dog friendly with the fenced in yard. We could have used a larger table or an outdoor dining table. This was our first visit to Anna Marie and we will definitely be back.

Fantastic Gulf beachfront Villa!

This was our first stay at Serendipity, but will not be our last! Absolutely as pictured, if not better. House is well appointed, all beach gear supplied, and even a golf cart. The owner stopped by to say hello while we were there. Have been visiting Anna Maria for many years, and we will only stay at one of Rick and Lyn's property when we next go back.

Friends Florida getaway

Serendipity was the absolute perfect location for our friends Florida getaway. The beach was steps away and sunsets were amazing. The lodging was even better than advertised! Each bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom! Very quiet area but very close to some great restaurants and entertainment. Golf cart was a plus! Rick, Lyn, and Dan were excellent hosts. Would highly recommend this property!

Perfect! Spectacular!

We had three couples that stayed for a long weekend. This home is immaculate extremely well kept, and so comfortable. The golf cart was certainly an added bonus. Maria was an awesome host and very responsive. I can't say enough good about this home. We will be coming back.
