This custom-built 3,000 sq. ft. timber frame home offers a cozy escape for families and friends with its four bedrooms and a shared sleeping space in the finished basement, accommodating up to 12 guests.

Indulge your culinary senses in the fully stocked custom chef's kitchen or unwind in the hot tub while enjoying breathtaking hill and meadow views. The open-concept design with barn wood details, adorned with numerous windows, brings the beauty of the outdoors inside.

Entertainment awaits in the basement with ping pong, poker, darts, foosball, and an array of board games. Stream your favorite shows or catch up on some remote work with our high speed fiber optic internet. For outdoor enthusiasts, a wood-fired pizza oven, fire pit, and various yard games provide endless possibilities. Embrace the warmth of the wood stove during chilly evenings, and enjoy the convenience of two full bathrooms and a washer/dryer.

With a 12-acre property and a tranquil setting on a quiet country road, Cayuga Hill Homestead invites you to create lasting memories in a serene and peaceful environment. Your ideal escape in the heart of nature awaits!

Please note that access to the property is limited to registered guests, ensuring an intimate and exclusive experience. We have one outside security camera to ensure the safety of our guests. The house is beautiful, even better than pictured. Close to Ithaca, perfect for a short getaway for our small group of friends. Checkin was smooth and easy, with clear and helpful instructions and very prompt communication with the host. Great very clean , great place to hang out , has all the extras that you might of forgotten when packing . Loved the wood fire pizza and the fire pit . Kids loved the hot tub.

Amazing property. The owners literally thought of and prepared everything/anything you could possibly need while there. This property offers 360° views of rolling meadows, distant hillsides, and hardwood forest, with something beautiful to enjoy in every season and at every time of day. Watch the sunrise and moonrise, listen to frogs and crickets on warm evenings, and spend clear nights gazing at the stars from the hot tub or campfire.

It’s also the perfect home base for exploring the Finger Lakes. You’re just a short drive from Ithaca, Cayuga Lake, Cornell University, and Ithaca College, or head in the other direction to Watkins Glen and Seneca Lake for even more Finger Lakes adventures.
