Set the vibe with state of the art bluetooth sound systems in every room, plus walk in closets, amenities, chef's kitchen & nightlife lounge area. Just 5 minutes to downtown El Paseo!
This beautiful upscale smart home is completely controllable and customizable with the iPad provided. Control the state of the art bluetooth sound system in every room of the house and every outdoor area with a tap of a button and customize the lighting throughout the home to set the vibe of the night. Full game room with foosball table, pool table and massage chair. The chef's kitchen features a huge island, side by side extra large fridge stocked with plenty of water, toaster and coffee maker and all cooking/dining utensils you could want.
Every room has its own closet and bathroom as well as a patio or balcony with sweeping views of the gorgeous desert landscape and sparkling lights of Palm Desert below.
The outdoor pool is that of a 5 star luxury resort with plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing and relaxing. The outdoor BBQ area features a full gas BBQ as well as a BBQ pit for roasting. This is a beautiful property with amazing views! It worked out great for multiple family staying at and was safe for children to be in. There’s the usual wear and tear but overall you can tell the owners keep up with the property well.

Incredible Stay!

Absolutely loved our stay at this property! Our family descended upon the desert from all parts of the country and this was an ideal location for us all to convene and enjoy some much needed time together. Host was VERY responsive whenever we couldn’t find something and the property provided plenty of space for people to sit together or wander off and enjoy a few moments alone if need be. Will absolutely look at staying here again in the years to come!

As advertised—5 stars

Very rarely is a place that looks as advertised. Well this one was it. New, clean,spacious and perfect for our group. We cooked both nights once using the kitchen and once the grill. The kids enjoyed the pool. The place is a few miles from city central which gave it a nice isolated feel. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed not having to share a bathroom as each room had its own en suite. Will stay there again .

Amazing house and equally amazing host

The house was perfect. Beautiful outdoor area, great kitchen. Roxanne was an incredibly gracious host who got back to me at lightning speed whenever I had a question. The house is surrounded by desert and mountains which were beautiful and it’s a short drive to El Paseo. One small suggestion: as great as the house is, it would be even greater if there were more indoor seating options. The crescent shaped couch towards the pool isn’t a great seating/lounging option and it could easily be a great lounging area if there was a bigger more inviting couch there.

This place is a slam dunk

What a wonderful retreat! Some friends and I spent a long weekend at the Bighorn Estate, and we had a wonderful time. The photos are accurate, and I actually thought the place was nicer in person. The pool is larger than it seems in the photos and was a great way to relax and socialize. The BBQ area perfect for grilling, playing board games, and watching the NBA finals. We were a fairly large group, but there was more than enough space for everyone to sleep, relax, and hang. The front yard is perfect for playing yard games, and the view from the front yard of the Coachella Valley is quite stunning, especially at sunset. If we decide to do another friendship reunion in the area, we will definitely choose the Bighorn Estate.

Great stay in palm desert near big horn

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Beautiful house set up high with gorgeous desert views. Mature lemon trees in the yard and plenty of space for everyone. Great location near El Paseo too.

A Wonderful Oasis

We celebrated my girlfriend's 30th birthday here, and it was the perfect escape. The pool was the perfect temperature (make sure to get it heated!), the views were amazing, and the house was gorgeous. We stayed with exactly 18 people, and it did not feel super cramped or anything. The grill was great and the kitchen was plenty big enough to store food for all of us. The sound system was also amazing. (Just note that the exterior sound system does not easily connect to the interior sound system.) Lastly, communication with Roxanne was great - she was helpful and always quick to reply. We would definitely recommend staying here! 10/10!

Absolutely beautiful property and home. Both the inside and outside are spacious and in spectacular condition. The outside was perfect as the pool setting is ideal. We made great use of all the different sitting areas throughout the property. The home has all the amenities one could ask for. A wonderful home!

Loved our stay!

Our family of 9 adults had a lovely stay at this property ! The exterior grounds are absolutely beautiful with the lovely views, the awesome pool, and the super green lawn. The game room was such a fun bonus too. The home is well situated in Palm Desert and Roxanne was so helpful and the communication was fantastic. Great House, Great location!

We just got back from our stay at Cahuilla Hills and had a blast. House was great, the location is 7 mins from the heart of El Paseo. The kids loved the circular driveway for riding bikes and scooters. Pool was great and the backyard was a very comfortable place to hang out all day...nice big TV outside in the shade was great to watch sports. Management had amazing communication, if any little thing popped up they were quick to respond within minutes which was really helpful. Overall great house and even better management. Very unique location in the hills, yet also close to great restaurants.

Family Fun in the Desert
