The house was awesome. Loved the location with multiple restaurants plus the brewery within walking distance. We were at the Kentucky Exposition Center for the North American Bee Expo so this location was perfect.

I want to clarify this statement. I was not sitting outside the house watching guests. A nearby neighbor contacted me due to excessive noise. When I arrived to address the complaint, there were over 20 people present, and they were asked to leave. I later returned around 3:00 a.m. after being notified that the group had come back. My presence was solely to enforce house rules and ensure respect for the neighborhood.

Great spot for exploring Germantown

Great location! This is a clean and interesting shotgun-style house in the heart of Germantown. A block away from Hauck's and Hop Atomica brewery, and under a 10 minute walk from tons of good bars and restaurants. Owner was communicative beforehand to let us know all the necessary details. I would absolutely recommend this spot for friends or family looking for a quiet place with good access to the local area.

Wonderful house centrally located in Germantown

I loved the feel of the house. You could tell it had been there for a long time but was well taken care of. The beds were super comfortable and i appreciated that there was no TV in any bedroom. The wall of boardgames was a really nice touch.
