Main Level: Street level with Avila Beach Drive and includes THREE master suites with king beds and luxurious full private baths. The huge gourmet kitchen showcases beautiful stainless appliances and is fully stocked to make you feel right at home. The shared dining and living room area overlook the pool and the Pacific Ocean through floor to ceiling glass. There is a lovely half bath off of the living room. Looking through back doors you will be welcomed by the ONLY PRIVATE POOL AND SPA IN AVILA BEACH! Nap in the resort style chaise lounges, relax in the cozy fire pit seating area, swim in the heated pool, gaze at the stars from the hot tub. You will never want to leave.

Upper Level: Featuring another master suite with ocean views, a private view balcony, king bed and huge bathroom with shower and soaking tub. A second bedroom features two twin beds. The upper level also features a comfortable den with a fireplace, writer's desk and a queen sleeper sofa, perfect for getting some work done or enjoying a book in a quiet place. This is our second home and we are looking for guests who will treat both our home and our neighbors with respect. If you are looking for a 'party house' please look elsewhere. Security will be called if rules are not followed. We do not allow parties, weddings or other large gatherings without Owner approval during booking. Quiet times are between 10pm and 8am, for respect to our neighbors, and the Avila Beach Colony Drive Ordinances.
