Amore Avila ylimääräinen Avilan kokemus

Avila Golf Resortin kadun toisella puolella sijaitseva koti tarjoaa avoimia käsitteitä eläviä, rannikkoalueita ja rinteitä. Avila Amore on suunniteltu avoimella asuinalueella. Luonnollinen auringonvalo kaadetaan pääoleskeluun ja kaksi liukuovet olohuoneeseen, joka avaa mukavan rajat tuulen. Keittiön mukavuudet ovat kvartsi- kivialustatasot ja Thermador-ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet. Hieno huone ja hallituksen moderni sisustus kaikkialla.

Myös päätyössä on makuuhuone. Tärkeimmälle tason ensimmäiselle makuuhuoneelle on mukava ylisuuri kuningatar, muisti-vaahtomuovi vuodesohva (+5 "tuumaa). On täysin varustettu kylpyhuone amme / suihku yhdistelmä pääsee makuuhuoneen aivan käytävällä.

Nouse ylös portaita jr. sviitti ja suuri master-sviitti. Jr. sviitissä on king-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone kylpyammeella / suihkulla.

Myös toisella tasolla on suuri master-sviitti. Master-sviitissä on king-vuode ja tilava kylpyhuone. Isossa kylpyhuoneessa on kaksinkertainen pesuallas, kylpyamme ja tilava suihkukaappi. Aivan Master Suite on toinen parveke vilauksen merelle ja laituri näkemyksiä. Avaa liukuovi kuulemaan ääni liikkuvia aaltoja ja tuntea lempeä valtaistuulen ihoa vasten. Aloita täydellinen ranta aamulla.

Vuodevaatteet ja vuodevaatteet tarjotaan. Keittiö on hyvin varusteltu aterioiden prep ja ja viihdyttävä. Propaani-grilli sijaitsee keittiön parvekkeella. Tammipuuta lattiat ovat koko kodin. On kaksi auton autotalli, plus ajotieltä pysäköinti 2 enemmän autoja. Omistaja tallentaa henkilökohtaisen auton autotalliin, joten kaikkiaan 3 autopaikkaa on saatavilla (1 autotallin sisällä, 2 ajotieltä). Tulet kotiin yksityisaseman (Beach Colony Drive) ja tämä tie johtaa rantaan ja keskustan alueella. Paremmat maalaukselliset näkymät ovat talon takana. Yksityisillä teillä parvekkeiden alapuolella on minimaalinen jalankulku- ja autokohina verrattuna muihin Avila Beachin kohteisiin.

Minimi yöpyminen perustuu kausiluonteisuuteen. Hinnoittelu perustuu 4 hengen käyttöasteeseen. Muita vieraita veloitetaan lisämaksu per yö.

We had a wonderful stay at this Avila Beach vacation rental. The proximity to the beach was fantastic—just a short stroll and you’re right on the sand. It was also easy to walk to local shops, restaurants, and cafés, making it convenient to grab a bite or enjoy a cup of coffee without ever needing to drive. Mission Pizza and the Custom House are must-tries, and there’s a cozy local coffee shop nearby for your morning caffeine fix. Inside, the home was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable—everyone in our group slept great after long days of exploring. We appreciated the overall layout and thoughtful amenities; the water pressure in the showers was excellent, and taking a hot shower after a day at the beach was a real treat. We only experienced one minor issue: the sink in the master bathroom was a bit slow to drain. However, this didn’t affect our overall stay and was easily outweighed by the home’s many positives. Between the excellent location and the welcoming, tidy space, we’d definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Avila Beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Amore Avila! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The only downside was the 3rd bedroom. We saw 3 bedrooms and assumed (our fault) that it was 3 beds. It showed in the pictures a couch, which we should have realized. But it was not a great bed for our 2 teenagers that didn't want to share a bed to begin with. Also to note, if you park in the garage there are a lot of stairs to make it up to the bedrooms. And the shower in one room is a deep tub/shower, so if mobility is an issue, this might not be the place for you. But overall it was a great place and we would stay again, just with 4 people or a blow up to use instead of the pull out couch.

Also, the garage and two carport spaces are spacious and the road to them is gated. The beach was only a short walk. We wish the sofa bed was a regular bed. The beach is very close, along with all the great restaurants! If you are a light sleeper, there are some great noise machines in the rooms that face the street. If you need groceries, get them ahead in SLO or Pismo Beach (or use a delivery service).

Sometimes in relaxing to watch your favorite programs, something we couldn't do because there was no "regular" TV, only Smart TV. Missed all the football on Sat. and Sun. And whats the reason for not having three beds in a three bedroom house. The house was clean. Don't think we'll be staying here again.

Very Nice Property.

Avila beach never disappoints and this property did not either. If you have a service dog, they will ask you, what kind of service dog they are and what they are trained to do. They will also monitor you coming in and out. There are cameras everywhere. I was asked how many people were staying there because the owner said "the door opening and closing" suggested we had more than 6 people in the home. None the less, the property is as described and very comfortable and clean.

Great location in downtown Avila

We stayed for a week in Avila with three kids ages 3-5 and the condo was great for our stay given proximity to beach, Avila Barn and downtown SLO. A few notes for families with small kids: the living room space is not that big so three little kids felt cramped at times when playing puzzles/toys on the floor. If you're adults or bigger kids this isn't likely an issue. Also, the master bedroom gets a lot of direct sun in the afternoon and there are no blackout shades which made nap time in that room impossible. Again, not an issue for bigger kids/adults. The home has soft water (this is common for all the houses in the area) but if you're sensitive to the taste bring some bottles/jugs of water for drinking. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools and basic seasonings. There was shampoo/conditioner in the baths which was appreciated. Thanks for the stay!

With another Covid surge projected we looked at house/condo rentals rather than our time share at San Luis Bay Inn. We were not disappointed. easy walk to the Beachfront and beach, easy commute to everything else on our "bucket" list. End unit was relatively quiet in off season. Well stocked kitchen allowed us to avoid most restaurants. Well stocked unit with board games, books and TVs. Well laid out for privacy. Would happily rent again!
