Beliggende over gaden fra Avila Golf Resort, tilbyder boligen åbent koncept levende, kyst og bjergskråninger. Avila Amore er designet med åbent boligareal i tankerne. Det naturlige sollys hælder ind i det primære opholdsstue og to skydedøre i stuen er åbne for at skabe en behagelig krydsbreeze. Køkkenfaciliteterne omfatter bordsplader af kvarts stenplader, og apparater af rustfrit stål i Thermador. Fine Room & Board moderne møbler overalt.

Også på hovedniveau er et soveværelse. Det første soveværelse på hovedplan har en behagelig overdimensioneret dronning, memory-skum sovesofa (+ 5 "tommer). Der er et komplet badeværelse med badekar / bruser kombination tilgængelig til soveværelset lige ved gangen.

Op en trappe til en jr. suite og stor mester suite. Jr. suite har en kingsize-seng og eget badeværelse med badekar / bruser kombination.

Også på andet niveau er en grand master suite. Føreren suite har en kingsize seng og rummelige ensuite badeværelse. Føreren Badeværelset har en dobbelt håndvask forfængelighed, badekar og rummelig walk-in bruser. Lige fra master suite er en anden balkon med et glimt af hav og pier synspunkter. Åbn skydedøren for at høre lyden af rullende bølger og føl den milde havbrise mod din hud. Starten til en perfekt strand morgen.

Sengetøj og sengetøj er til rådighed. Køkkenet er godt lager til måltid prep og og underholdende. Propan grill placeret ud for køkkenet balkon. Der er egetræs trægulve i hele hjemmet. Der er en to bil garage, plus indkørsel parkering for 2 flere biler. Ejeren opbevarer en personlig bil i garagen, så i alt er der i alt 3 parkeringspladser til rådighed for gæsten (1 inde i garagen, 2 i indkørslen). Du kommer ind i hjemmet fra et privat drev (Beach Colony Drive), og denne vej fører til stranden og downtownområdet. De bedre maleriske udsigter er på bagsiden af huset. Med den private vej under balkoner er der minimal fodgænger- og autostøj i forhold til andre Avila Beach-steder.

Minimum overnatninger baseret på sæsonbestemt. Prissætning er baseret på belægning på 4. Yderligere gæster opkrævet et tillægsgebyr pr. Nat.

Great place!

Only thing that was not communicated correctly was the parking situation. They said there were only 2 spots but there were more than that so frustrating when we could have taken one more car. Also there was plenty of street parking that was not noted accurately either. Other than that great little place.

We had a wonderful stay at this Avila Beach vacation rental. The proximity to the beach was fantastic—just a short stroll and you’re right on the sand. It was also easy to walk to local shops, restaurants, and cafés, making it convenient to grab a bite or enjoy a cup of coffee without ever needing to drive. Mission Pizza and the Custom House are must-tries, and there’s a cozy local coffee shop nearby for your morning caffeine fix. Inside, the home was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable—everyone in our group slept great after long days of exploring. We appreciated the overall layout and thoughtful amenities; the water pressure in the showers was excellent, and taking a hot shower after a day at the beach was a real treat. We only experienced one minor issue: the sink in the master bathroom was a bit slow to drain. However, this didn’t affect our overall stay and was easily outweighed by the home’s many positives. Between the excellent location and the welcoming, tidy space, we’d definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Avila Beach.

Beautiful house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Amore Avila! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The only downside was the 3rd bedroom. We saw 3 bedrooms and assumed (our fault) that it was 3 beds. It showed in the pictures a couch, which we should have realized. But it was not a great bed for our 2 teenagers that didn't want to share a bed to begin with. Also to note, if you park in the garage there are a lot of stairs to make it up to the bedrooms. And the shower in one room is a deep tub/shower, so if mobility is an issue, this might not be the place for you. But overall it was a great place and we would stay again, just with 4 people or a blow up to use instead of the pull out couch.

The beach is very close, along with all the great restaurants! If you are a light sleeper, there are some great noise machines in the rooms that face the street. If you need groceries, get them ahead in SLO or Pismo Beach (or use a delivery service).

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I image most people don't go to Avila to watch TV. But! Sometimes in relaxing to watch your favorite programs, something we couldn't do because there was no "regular" TV, only Smart TV. Missed all the football on Sat. and Sun. And whats the reason for not having three beds in a three bedroom house. The house was clean. Don't think we'll be staying here again.

Very Nice Property.

Avila beach never disappoints and this property did not either. If you have a service dog, they will ask you, what kind of service dog they are and what they are trained to do. They will also monitor you coming in and out. There are cameras everywhere. I was asked how many people were staying there because the owner said "the door opening and closing" suggested we had more than 6 people in the home. None the less, the property is as described and very comfortable and clean.

Great location in downtown Avila

We stayed for a week in Avila with three kids ages 3-5 and the condo was great for our stay given proximity to beach, Avila Barn and downtown SLO. A few notes for families with small kids: the living room space is not that big so three little kids felt cramped at times when playing puzzles/toys on the floor. If you're adults or bigger kids this isn't likely an issue. Also, the master bedroom gets a lot of direct sun in the afternoon and there are no blackout shades which made nap time in that room impossible. Again, not an issue for bigger kids/adults. The home has soft water (this is common for all the houses in the area) but if you're sensitive to the taste bring some bottles/jugs of water for drinking. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools and basic seasonings. There was shampoo/conditioner in the baths which was appreciated. Thanks for the stay!
