Beautifully appointed, 1400 sq. ft. luxury condominium, with secure two car garage. The beach, retail shops and restaurants are just a few steps away.

The gourmet kitchen is beautifully equipped with high-end appliances, including a Dacor range and wine fridge. The kitchen is part of a custom open-plan design that includes the living and dining area. The kitchen combines elegance and functionality, blending granite countertops and tile flooring with stainless steel appliances and custom wood cabinets. The social space encourages casual interaction, and is great for entertaining or relaxing.

Three beautiful balconies with great views.

There are two large bedrooms. Master suite includes King size bed, fireplace, large flat screen TV, and balcony with perfect morning and early afternoon sun. Great for morning coffee and reading! Master bath has huge, two-headed his & hers walk-in showers, granite countertops, his and her sinks and beautiful tile. Second bedroom has comfy queen bed, flat screen TV, and separate bath with walk-in shower, and granite countertops.

Condo is 1/2 block from the beach with beautiful ocean view.

Perfect Downtown Avila Beach Condo

My cousins and I had a wonderful time, the well-appointed, beautiful condo being the perfect place to relax and cook after a day of hanging out on the beach and sightseeing. The location couldn't be better, just a short walk to the beach, wine-tasting rooms and restaurants. My cousin's long truck wouldn't fit in the garage, so we did a little shuffling every day, parking it on a dirt lot at night, but it really wasn't a big deal. It's quite a large garage, able to fit two normal cars quite easily. I'd stay here again without hesitation.

Location...Location...Location

This was my first experience utilizing VRBO. I think a lot of the experience has to do with how you are treated by the owner / property manager. Leslie was a pleasure to work with on every level. She promptly responded to all my emails and ensured that we had all the information we needed. The home in Avila lived up to all expectations. It was beautiful and very well maintained. As to location, well, you just can't do better than Avila Beach. I would highly recommend this location.

A fantastic place to stay!!

We loved our stay here! We were maybe half a block from the beach, no streets to cross, so we wandered down there multiple times a day for little outings. The condo was really nice and there were all kinds of nice touches--it didn't occur to me to bring beach chairs, or ziplock bags, or a mini screwdriver, but everything we needed was already there. There were also books, including several that my son, not a huge reader, loved, and games and puzzles for the kids. It was a wonderful, wonderful place to stay.

Excellent vacation home!

This home is so very comfortable, clean & homey when you're wanting to relax. It is also very close to all the action in Avila, yet private enough for some quiet rest. We will certainly be back!
