Great location. Beach access was top notch. Property was really nice. Great place to enjoy the beach and relax. Folly Beach is a small community. Enjoy the beach without tons of people. It has the small town feel with great places to eat and close to Charleston.

This is the third dog-friendly place I’ve rented on Folly, and this one was the best all around! The house is right on the beach, with gorgeous beach views from the entire living area and from the upstairs bedroom. The beds were comfortable—firm but not too hard. Everything in the house was clean and comfortable. The outdoor furniture is weathered—to be expected at the beach—but comfortable. There is a super convenient outdoor shower halfway up the deck stairs with a foot shower and also an overhead shower for rinsing whatever you need to before going inside. The best part is that this house is at a really quiet end of the beach, very private and peaceful with few people, and everyone was dog friendly. Thank you for a great stay. Our dogs were in heaven and so were the humans! We hope to return next summer!

Winter Beach Escape

The house had a well appointed kitchen. Everything was there to make dinners for the family. Pet friendly was great too. Just a few steps to the beach and a sunrise view from the wonderfully comfortable porch furniture was to die for.We did not know from the listing that this house had a lower level for a separate renter. It was empty during our stay so we got a couple extra parking spots.

October stay

We really enjoyed our stay- this house has the ultimate beach view and access- and this time of year without the crowds is perfect. The weather was perfect and the beds were comfy. There are an abundance of televisions in the house- and the dining room table was perfect for our puzzle!

super superb stay!

The mornings are magical as the sunrises and the ocean is right in your face, we LOVED it! Comfortable, cozy and easy to stay at. We felt great having direct access to beach and really can't say enough good things about our stay. its was a 10 out of 10! We will be back-- tom & shay

Fantastic location!

Literally Right on the beach. A wall of windows looks out onto the beach and ocean. Wonderful deck with a handy shower on the stairs to remove sand. Great house. VERY well cleaned. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! You cannot beat the location of this property. Steps from the ocean!!! The views from the house are spectacular! The house was very clean and well cared for. Winter Break Trip

Easy Beach access and great deck to sit and watch the beach. Saw dolphins every day while having morning coffee on the deck. Had some nice walks to see the Morris Island lighthouse (.6 miles away). Enjoyed Center Street in Folly which wasn’t real crowded in February (about 3 miles away). Overall a nice quiet family getaway.
