The house was sold and the new owners were no longer pet friendly. Glad to see it is pet friendly again. This was the favorite house that we stayed in.

Great beach view and private access. The house was great for our family, grandkids, and dog. Fenced in yard to secure for the dog and kitchen was great and all the necessary items needed.

The house was well furnished and the view from the deck was fantastic. Having such a large fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. Highly recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our week here, the house was in a wonderful location, clean and well setup with amazing views of the beach. The beach was quiet while we were there and the walk down there wasn’t far at all. There were a few things that were disappointing about the house. It had a very strong smoke odor when we arrived, when I contacted Island Realty they brought a small air purifier and replaced the a/c filters which I appreciated, the smell was still strong throughout the week we were there. The WiFi was very flaky, but we didn’t need it much. We come to Charleston twice a year and have used Island Realty multiple times. This is the first rental I have been disappointed with would not return to again.

Spacious home in a great location!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously! It was quiet and serene, yet close to the activities in Charleston. The home was spacious and comfortable.

Wonderful Vacation

The view was spectacular! The only downside was the dog poop in the backyard. Before we could enjoy being outside, we had to pick up a lot of dog poop. I will never understand why pet owners don’t clean up after their dogs.

The beautiful open layout, the furniture, the kitchen and laundry room amenities, the great deck, the well built boardwalk, the gorgeous fenced-in yard, the cleanliness of the whole house, THE VIEW of the ocean, etc. One of the best places on the beach - this beloved Beach House.

Fantastic Stay in a perfect house

The fenced yard was perfect for our dogs to play. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. I am use to salt and pepper being stocked, so had to make trip to store. Booking was easy and everything was clean and working perfectly when we arrived. We hope to return again to this beautiful property.

Amazing house for a family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was amazing and definitely somewhere we hope to stay again. We usually vacation in the Lowcountry every summer and have stayed at various properties. This takes the cake. We decided to vacation with our 2 dogs this summer and found this house because of it was extremely dog friendly. It really was. Even without dogs, we would have loved this property. The icing on the cake was the huge fenced in back yard. Our dogs loved this and we loved them having a safe place to go outside. House came equipped with absolutely everything you could nee as far as supplies and amenities. I loved that there was no carpet because that’s a plus if you have dogs.

Heaven on earth

The home was well located, private, quiet, clean, airy, modern, cool, light-filled and spacious. The home was more beautiful than the on line photos indicated. The kitchen was phenomenal and fully equipped with everything imaginable. The only down side was the dining room table was not especially comfortable for "long sits" -we are card/game players and while it was OK for dinner, long Monopoly games were uncomfortable. The management company was organized and responsive. Truly a wonderful vacation! Thanks to the owners for making such an inviting experience.

The layout was great with bedrooms down a hallway distanced from the mail common areas. View of the beach was fantastic. The yard was beautiful. Location was perfect for us.
