We call this The Victorian. It is one of three guest houses on 16 park-like acres, nestled into the woods, running along the scenic Bushkill Creek in the NE tip of the Poconos, near the Delaware River. All 3 houses are set quite far apart on the property and offer the perfect amount of privacy.
The Victorian has 3 charming bedrooms and second living room with a pull-out sofa. There's a gas stove and a large eat-in kitchen. The porch is the prefect place to relax and view the pond and large yard.
Guest have access to the entire cottage and grounds.

This was the perfect setting for a long weekend getaway with our high school friends. Everything was lovely and peaceful including a fully stocked kitchen. Travis was very responsive to any questions/concerns we had. Common areas were spacious and cozy. We didn’t know the waterfalls were a short walk and sadly the weather didn’t allow us time to spend down there.
We are already planning a return trip! The property is stunning - our group spent hours exploring the stream and various swimming holes, plus using the sauna and fire pit. Our 7 and 4 year olds loved it. The house is well appointed for cooking, dinners on the porch, and there was plenty of super clean towels and bedding. Hosts were gracious and very responsive to questions.
We had a great time at Bluestone Falls. We stayed in the Victorian which was very charming, and had everything we need for a nice vacation. The property is amazing, the creek with the waterfalls was just perfect. It was like being at Bushkill Falls but without the crowds and you can actually go into the water. Family Loved it!
As soon as we arrived my friends were already talking about how we'd need to come back. One of the most magical places I've stayed. The waterfall was a real highlight, it was so special to get to walk down there every day to swim or even just to chill out and beat the heat. We didn't want for anything during our stay but the host was easy to contact & quick to respond if the need arose. Highly highly recommend this place, I hope I get to go back!
So, if you read this review, you will stay here. My wife and i stay at many similar types of rentals, but nothing has come clise to this. They have 2 houses you can rent on the 16 acre property. The cottage at bluestone falls and the Victorian ar blue stone falls which is the one we stayed in. The houses are very nice, but the property is absolutely the reason to stay here. The ridiculously amazing waterfalls and rushing creek on the property will mesmerize you and you will not be able to walk away. When you have to check out to go back to wherever you live, you may have a very difficult time in leaving. I am writing this review as I sit in the Victorian for the few minutes i have remaining prior to going back to a stress filled life. While here, you woll not think about "any" of your problems. They all go away. Spend as much time by the falls as you can. The sound alone will begin to erase your worries. And then you will see the log cabin sauna heated by a woodburning stove. To see what we saw, go to my YouTube channel. Search aaachimneymedics look for my "where to find me when not working" Playlists. Thanks to the hosts are as good as the property. You CANNOT be disappointed with this rental.
Gorgeous property and beautiful home! We had a special stay during Christmas and the owners pulled out all the stops- Christmas tree, wreaths and all. The kids especially enjoyed it.
The home is curated with vintage eclectic decor and modern conveniences for a one of a kind feel. The gas fireplace made our winter stay toasty and cozy, and there were individual thermostats to control temperature in each room.
The waterfall area was covered in a layer of snow and was calendar-worthy. We can’t wait to come back and experience it in the summer.
The owners immediately responded to any questions and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
Members of our family stayed here while in the area for our daughter's wedding. The property is beautiful, the house was great, and Travis was great to communicate with throughout the process and stay. Highly recommend this place if you're looking to stay in the area.
