Even though Tropical Storm Debby put a downer on our vacation, Peggy’s place at Maison was great! She was easily reached whenever we had questions, the kitchen was well stocked. The only downside was there was only one shower but the big tub was actually great for giving our baby baths! Would stay again for sure!

Nice Quiet Relaxing Family Vacation

We love vacationing at Maison Sur Mer. Peggy was most helpful and always quick to respond to our questions. Checking in and out was a breeze. If you are looking for a quiet rental with lots of space for your family, close to shopping and entertainment this is your place. Sitting on the extra-large balcony listening to the ocean is the most relaxing way to spend our week. Looked just like the pictures. Thank you Peggy.

Nothing less than expected

This was our first time staying in this Unit, but not our first time in Maison Sur Mer. As the title says, it was nothing less than what we expected for the Maison. We had to contact Peggy only once, and that was during the check-in process. She responded immediately, and everything past that went smoothly. The unit is "as pictured", and very comfortable to stay in. We highly recommend.

Beautiful View and Room

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The view was perfect! I have stayed in about 6 other rooms at Maisons, and this one is updated and has such nice appliances. It smelled very clean upon entering the room, carpets had been swept, and bath and bed linens were clean, but the tile flooring was disgusting upon arrival. The bathroom countertops had also not been wiped down and felt gritty. I felt we left it cleaner than we found it. We throughly enjoyed ourselves though, and would book again!

Great stay!

The property was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the small things provided such as tape and scissors. The only thing that was less desirable was that there were too many decorations and textiles. We had to put them aside to put our belongings. Also, the furniture was very large for the scale of the rooms. Otherwise, the unit was clean, exactly like the pictures and had lots of extras like tennis rackets and flashlights which you don’t normally get to use un other units. It’s clear the owner takes a lot of pride in their unit. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.

Terrific Stay!

Maisons Sur Mer is a terrific property! Clean grounds, easy beach access, dining options , and tiki bar by the pool. The pool is family friendly with plenty of tables and chairs with unbrellas and sun chairs. This is a property where there are many full time time residents. There are rules in place but they are beneficial to keeping the property well maintained and were not a issue for us. Regarding the unit. Due to scheduling issues we were moved to another unit at Maisons. The owners were excellent at accomodating us. There was no disappointment and I have complete confidence that the unit listed is just as nice. Very clean and comfortable. My stay was for a girls trip but would also be great for couples or small families. Again, I cant say enough about the accomodations and would book this unit again. and a tiki nar by the pool.

Great place! Was impressed with how nice everyone was to talk with. Super responsive owner. A guide to the internet, tv, and lights would be helpful (like a label maker for the lights). We did have to use our own beach chairs for the amazing balcony- not enough seats for our party of 4. Super easy access for parking, the beach, and shopping. Also had plenty of dishes, cookware (look in the cabinets for toaster and blender). Loved our neighbors. Loved the tiki bar and all the staff. One of our guests felt the king bed was really soft and if you are not used to a super soft mattress, you may also find it difficult. Another elderly guest had a challenge with the height of the bed and how close to the wall (in the double room). We really enjoyed the large tub and had no trouble with the handheld shower head. We felt it was a bit of splendor (but could not figure out the jets). After a day on the beach it was great to soak in the tub. Thanks for a great week.

We rented this condo for 2 weeks 8/30 through 9/13. Condo was dirty upon arrival fridge/ freezer were not clean, the toilet in master bathroom and tables and chairs were extremely dirty with bird poop on them. Kitchen sink rim hadn't been cleaned in a while which had mold around it. Only 1 frying pan to use that wasn't big enough to cook eggs in but when asked host to provide more they dropped off pots and pans instead so then re asked for frying pans and 3 got dropped off which was very nice. The couch doesn't recline because it is broken it shows 2 separate recliners in the photos but only 1 in the condo. The kitchen chairs are on wheels which can be dangerous as my 80 year old father was pushing back from the table to get up and the wheel caught the tile and flipped him backwards causing him to hit his head on the wall. Only 1 shower which made it inconvenient for 4 people taken showers for an evening out. The furniture indoors and outside are not comfortable the condo could loose the piano and add a dinning table that seats 6 people. It would be nice if instructions where left on how to use TV and lights in the condo very confusing. Also not having proper utensils to cook with would be great. The condo needs to be organized better and better decor more like a beach themed. The best thing about the condo is the view we loved the morning sunrises.

Very nice unit! The only draw back is there is just one shower. The master bedroom has a large tub with jets if one likes baths. Would highly recommend if two showers are not a must.

Great location but.....

The location is great; near everything you want to be near but secluded enough that it was quite and enjoyable. Perfect beach location. However, the ad is misleading. The master bath does not have a shower; it has a jacuzzi tub with a handheld spray which is not ideal. The condo is very crowded with way too much furniture and many personal effects from the owners. It was supposed to have been cleaned prior to our arrival but it was dirty and dusty. You could write your name on the mirrors. The ice maker is broken so make sure you bring your own ice. There were no extra paper towels, tissues or toilet paper provided so you need to bring your own. Also, bring your own dish detergent and dish washer detergent as none were provided. Laundry is available which was great. Security was very helpful and friendly; however the Residents do not like the Renters and they make you feel uncomfortable but there is not much the Owner can do about that. The pool was nice and plenty of lounge chairs to be had. Check in was easy and efficient. They have the most amazing way to bring up groceries that I have ever seen - actual grocery carts for you to use to bring up everything at once - awesome! Overall we liked it but hope that the Owner will take some of these comments into consideration if they want to keep this as a profitable VRBO for a long time.

Could have been a lot better

Check in process is long, hectic, and is just awful. Condo was very dirty. Multiple things were broken… ice maker, toilet,blinds, sliding door. Owners at the condominium are rude to renters. And security is extremely rude also. Felt as though we were not welcomed on property.

My favorite place

Maisons is my favorite condo. This unit was particularly spectacular. Nicely decorated and all the amenities. I just wished the condo homeowner association would allow us to bring our little toy poodle. That would be my only negative. Reserve this unit. You will NOT be disappointed.
