Enjoy ocean views from this luxuriously upgraded condo in a popular oceanfront building just steps from the beach. You'll have a private balcony off the living room and main bedroom. The full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space, and there is seating for everyone at the handsome dining table. The suite also includes free WiFi, a private washer/dryer, central AC, assigned parking for two vehicles, and multiple building elevators for easy access. Wake up with a freshly-brewed cup of coffee then head down to the beach for an afternoon of sun and sand or visit the shared outdoor pool (open seasonally). With all this and more, you'll have a fantastic beach getaway in this beautiful oceanside condo!

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Fantastic! Very clean, completely updated, great location perfect for teenagers as it’s close to everything. Our condo was ocean front and had amazing views, and falling asleep listening to the ocean was wonderful. Plan to book again for next summer, can’t wait to come back here!!

Beautiful Ocean Views

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean, quiet, and well-equipped. The views of the ocean from the main living area and master bedroom were fantastic. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony despite the cold temperatures. It was a very short walk from the condo to the beach. Great location. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

It was a great place except check in was at 4, we couldn’t access it until 5 because cleaning lady was still in there. And the front desk couldn’t accommodate because we booked through vrbo and had to drive to 64th st for check in. Other than that place was amazing and perfectly situated, however finding it was slightly difficulty for directions we had. Beds were comfy, place was clean, view was amazing! Overall? Great place!

Can't wait to go back

This location was ideal for two moms and two toddlers. Shaded parking, an area to hose off, and a very very close walk to the beach. Easy to walk/take a stroller to nearby restaurants. I wish there were better coffee shops within walking distance and open at 7am. There is a hilly steep entrance to the parking garage which can be difficult for using a wagon with luggage and toddlers. However at the back of the gararge its flat and you can exit/enter that way without walking at an angle.

Relaxing Stay

Stayed here off season with my family and definitely got the well deserved relaxation we all needed. Wifi was good; kids were able to do their virtual school during the day with no connection issues. The convenience of the ocean just steps away and the view was worth the stay alone. Listening to the ocean waves while sleeping was the best experience for my husband and I. Everything was clean, kitchen was decently stocked. The location was great for those who would like to venture out as well which we did once or twice. There were many eating options within walking distance of the building and other activities. Due to COVID there were places closed and early closing but we made due and were able to entertain our kids the entire week. Over all great stay, most likely will be back!
