What a perfect place to enjoy the Scottsdale sunshine and activities around the Valley! Be next to hiking, bike paths, shopping, golf courses, restaurants, entertainment and major hospitals. Mountain views are only steps away and the sunshine never ends. The pool is steps away for year-round enjoyment. This condo is in a low key subdivision... so relax and enjoy your stay.
The 2nd floor full condo with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living and dining area, kitchen and two balconies are yours to enjoy. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes to cook. Starter supplies are provided. Use the full desk workspace w/ whiteboards. It's ideal for remote and healthcare workers and snowbirds during the winter months.
The heated pool and workout areas are a wonderful way to start the day! Are you a pianist? Use the electronic keyboard (headphones included) or play board games with your guests. This is the perfect time of the year to be outside, so rent bikes or go for daily walks with mountain views just a block away.

I am pleased to offer the condo for your stay. After relocating to Arizona in 2014, I fell in love with the mountains, palm trees and wonderful outdoor lifestyle... and so will you.
Iâm happy to share the living space which sits in an ideal location. There are mountain ranges in all directions and central Phoenix is only 30 minutes away. Shopping, restaurants and medical centers are nearby. Most importantly, you can enjoy the sunshine almost year-round.
