At Above the Trees, you will look at the view and forget why you even have stress. This freshly renovated, comfy studio is perfect for 2 people to kick their feet up to take in the mountaintop beauty. It's located only 3.5 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, where shopping, sightseeing, and hiking await you. Above the Trees is fully furnished for your comfort, including a full kitchen so you can prepare a home cooked meal.

You'll be close to the Sugarlands park entrance and have access to pools and hot tubs!

This is a studio condo designed for 2 people to kick back and enjoy the Smokies. It is located on the 2nd of 3 floors. You have your own private wifi with cable TV. There is a coffee maker!
NOTE: There are no elevators in this building and complex. You will need to be mobile enough to use stairs where needed.

This space features a queen bed built-in against the wall + window. The wood burning fireplace is available between October 1 and March 31.

We host several units at this complex available for families and groups. Please take a look at all our listings here and in the area. Discounts available for multiple bookings, just send us a note.

*** Indoor Pool Availability: open year round between the hours 900AM to 945PM daily.
*** Outdoor Pool Availability: open in the Spring (generally around March/April, depending on weather) thru at least Labor Day (depending on weather). Please inquire if you questions about avaiability. The pool is heated though it may not be warm enough during colder weather. Guests swim at their own risk.
*** Free 7 day gym pass at 321 Fit Club in Gatlinburg! Please message us if you want complimentary use of a 24/7 gym during your stay!

The place was clean, stocked with basics for the bathroom and kitchen, and had an amazing view! The trip to the condo had routes to and from both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, all giving us amazing views every morning!

Above the Trees

This was a great place to stay and will look to use this again next time we visit Gatlinburg. Not too far from downtown and was very close to Gatlinburg bypass that took us right into national park for all the hiking we had planned. Our host was very helpful with information regarding routes coming to and from the property and were prompt in answering any questions we had. Indoor pool/hot tub was perfect for relaxing after hiking in the mountains all day. Loved the decor too, as it was a much fresher look and feel compared to everyone else's rustic cabin bear approach. For a couples retreat into the mountains this is the perfect stay.

Our Weekend Getaway

This was one of the most painless and exceptional experiences. The community is very quiet up on the mountain and offers spectacular views. We knew other people were staying on the property only by the cars in the parking lot, otherwise we didn’t hear a single soul our entire trip. The room itself was very clean and quaint. It was about 20-25 minutes from the main strip of Gatlinburg but was perfect because we didn’t have to deal with the hustle and bustle of tourists. The hosts were very quick with responding as I messaged them with a question and they replied within 10 minutes. Overall great trip and will definitely be staying here again!

Great Place to Stay!

This was a great place to stay for a few nights. It was very clean and well maintained at a great price. We enjoyed the views and being removed from the busy town, while not being too far away. While the building is a bit older, this studio served as a fantastic home base while we explored Great Smoky Mountains National Park!
