Beautiful Country Oasis Haus close to all the fun and has everything to make your stay in Fredericksburg the very best! Plenty of room for the entire group! Amazing outdoor space includes pool with waterfall, giant 7 person hot tub, fire pit area, huge deck with picnic tables, game area and giant oak trees. Inside has a beautifully decorated rustic theme with a big kitchen, master bed-bathroom suite, cozy fireplace, TVs in all bedrooms, luxury linens and soft beds. Pet friendly! Just added, 7 brand new cruiser bikes included with the house! Sleeps 10.

Pet fees: $25/pet per day. Please message how many pets you will be bringing for approval. Thank you!

Cozy home, had all the necessities and was clean and comfortable. Beds were super comfortable. Backyard was so cute! Plenty of room for family of 8 & 2 small kids to roam and play. Hot tub was awesome! Literally 5 minutes from Main Street by car but also had bikes for use. Geneva was a great host. Would most definitely recommend this home to others and would book again! Thank you soo much!

Great house and the added garage apartment was perfect! Excellent communication from the host and the fresh bakery items waiting for us on the island was a thoughtful and yummy touch! Super close to Main Street and Luckenbach and all the fun places to go. Highly recommend!

Great home and perfect for our family of 8 adults. Beds were super comfortable and the communication with host was virtually immediate which is so refreshing and so professional. Great place to stay!

Our stay was wonderful! We had such a great time and really appreciated how spacious both the home and backyard were. It was perfect for us (10 in total). Everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. We'd definitely love to come back!

We had a blast and enjoyed the property. Everything was just as the picture show in the house was very well stopped. Communication for check-in was very easy. It was the perfect house for a big group! We celebrated my daughter‘s bachelorette party and all of the girls loved the house and the backyard. It’s great having a separate garage apartment And we all had to sleep in. The beds are very comfortable and everything in the house is very good quality.

Family Trip

The property was very nice and enough space for all the family. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and even made s’mores in the fire pit. We would definitely stay in this home again. I would recommend this home if you are visiting Fredericksburg.

Fun place to stay in Fredericksburg

Super cute and quaint, very unique and a perfect getaway for us to celebrate a birthday girls trip! Property owner is very conscientious, kitchen is well stocked, cookies from a local bakery upon arrival (who does that!!), beds are sooo comfortable - we had a great stay!

Great Place to Stay!

Our group had a great time and enjoyed the space the home offered. Plenty of space for us to each have our own room. We coked a couple of times and had plenty of pots, utensils, etc. The communication with the owner and property management team was excellent. A quick response was received when we reached out. We will definitely look at staying here again.

Long Weekend

We had a great stay. Pool a hot tub were awesome propane grill was a plus used it in the first night. Home was well maintained and very clean. It didn’t disappoint.

Great spot for a family trip

We stayed for 4 nights in April of 2024 and the property met all of our needs. We had teens/young adults who loved the separate apartment over the carport. We made great use of the pool, hot tub and fire pit and the backyard in general is spacious and well appointed. The property manager was helpful and quick to respond. The location was great - a quiet neighborhood close to the downtown action. We would rent again!

Better than the pictures

We had a fabulous time staying in this beautiful home. It really is a little oasis. Convenient to the HEB and Main St. shopping, and just a short scenic drive to Enchanted Rock. It is only a 7 minute walk to the Hill Country Herb Garden Restaurant so we enjoyed a spring time stroll to a lovely brunch. My teenage son loved riding the bikes around the neighborhood, the younger kids of course loved the pool and got a kick out of having a little bit of freedom having their own bunk house to stay in, and the adults enjoyed sitting around the fire pit at night while stargazing, truly entertaining for all ages. Since we stayed in early spring time, the pool was pretty cold, but the kids still swam their hearts out and warmed up in the hot tub. We've stayed at enough vrbo's to know that most of the time the properties are not quite as nice as the photos, but we found this one to be even better than the photos. The historic home is beautifully updated, it had everything we needed including plenty of towels. The host was wonderful to communicate with and she even provided us with delicious cookies from a local bakery as a welcome. We thought it was nice that doggie poop bags were also provided to encourage clean up. The beds are super comfortable and have nice bedding and plenty of pillows. You can tell a lot of thought and care has gone into maintaining this home, we definitely highly recommend.

Perfect for a Bach Party!

I stayed here with 10 other people for a bachelorette party and can't say enough positive things about our experience! From the time of booking to checkout, the host was always responsive and helpful. Plus the fresh cookies when we first arrived were the cherry on top! And the house is absolutely perfect for a large group. The bed in the primary bedroom is so comfortable I didn't want to leave it all weekend. Stay here for big groups! It's perfect!

Well-Appointed Home in Great Location!

Stayed here 3 nights with family while celebrating our daughter’s engagement. Access was easy; location great; detailed instructions provided, everything well-labeled & delicious cookies were waiting to welcome us- all greatly appreciated as we arrived late at night! The backyard is awesome; wish we had been able to spend more time there. Same for other amenities like bicycles, & pool. Kitchen had everything we needed and house has PLENTY of beds- especially in the extra suite (which is kinda like its own little house, accessed outside from yard, up over parking//laundry & storage rooms.) Hot tub was great, and there’s plenty of outdoor seating. Den in house is cozy but seating is limited; get there first to grab a recliner seat, or you may be sitting at bar or on a bench at the table, lol. Our only complaint was that we did not know until we read the home instructions there that our doggo would NOT be allowed to jump in the pool. We specifically chose this house because not only did it have right # of beds- it allows pets & has a pool. It’s not easy to say “no” to a pool-loving dog, but we did, per house rules; thankfully weather wasn’t super-conducive to swimming or she would have really been heartbroken. We understand some don’t want dog hair (or anything else!) in pool (fwiw, we would have been good stewards & skimmed/cleaned afterwards). We will just be more specific selecting a future house & ask exactly what is/isn’t allowed in advance. But overall, an Excellent Stay!
