Beautiful Country Oasis Haus close to all the fun and has everything to make your stay in Fredericksburg the very best! Plenty of room for the entire group! Amazing outdoor space includes pool with waterfall, giant 7 person hot tub, fire pit area, huge deck with picnic tables, game area and giant oak trees. Inside has a beautifully decorated rustic theme with a big kitchen, master bed-bathroom suite, cozy fireplace, TVs in all bedrooms, luxury linens and soft beds. Pet friendly! Just added, 7 brand new cruiser bikes included with the house! Cruise around Fredericksburg by bike.

Pet fees: $25/pet per day. Please message how many pets you will be bringing for approval. Thank you!

Family Trip

The property was very nice and enough space for all the family. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and even made s’mores in the fire pit. We would definitely stay in this home again. I would recommend this home if you are visiting Fredericksburg.

Great Place to Stay!

Our group had a great time and enjoyed the space the home offered. Plenty of space for us to each have our own room. We coked a couple of times and had plenty of pots, utensils, etc. The communication with the owner and property management team was excellent. A quick response was received when we reached out. We will definitely look at staying here again.

Long Weekend

We had a great stay. Pool a hot tub were awesome propane grill was a plus used it in the first night. Home was well maintained and very clean. It didn’t disappoint.

Amazing Spot in Fredericksburg!

What an amazing place to stay for a weekend!! The amenities themselves were incredible— this house has it all. Extremely comfortable beds, it felt very clean. The hot tub was an amazing touch too— we all enjoyed this place!!

Great spot for a family trip

We stayed for 4 nights in April of 2024 and the property met all of our needs. We had teens/young adults who loved the separate apartment over the carport. We made great use of the pool, hot tub and fire pit and the backyard in general is spacious and well appointed. The property manager was helpful and quick to respond. The location was great - a quiet neighborhood close to the downtown action. We would rent again!

Family celebration getaway

Great place for a family celebration get together! We celebrated my oldest bday, Jonathan Gutierrez, and spent quality time with our familia all under the same roof - it was great!!! We will hopefully be back soon!

Great Experience!!

This was a great property for my bachelorette party!! Plenty of room for 12 ladies. Great, entertaining layout with the backyard deck, pool, and hot tub. The house was nice and clean. Check-in was simple and communication with the owner was great! Would highly recommend this property.

Perfect for a Bach Party!

I stayed here with 10 other people for a bachelorette party and can't say enough positive things about our experience! From the time of booking to checkout, the host was always responsive and helpful. Plus the fresh cookies when we first arrived were the cherry on top! And the house is absolutely perfect for a large group. The bed in the primary bedroom is so comfortable I didn't want to leave it all weekend. Stay here for big groups! It's perfect!

Nice pool area

We enjoyed the pool and the layout of the property. Lots of space for our big group. The property owner was quick to respond to any concerns or questions. Would have liked things to be cleaner inside and outside.

Small pool and not clean

The house was quaint, cute and definitely near Main St which were all great. The house also has a lot of space…we were a group of 9, but 3 more could have stayed comfortably. Upon arrival at the house the pool and hot tub were dirty, supposedly a storm had passed through the day before but nobody came to clean it before our arrival so we had to call the property manager who came and cleaned it…took a few hours so our pool time was cut short. The pool doesn’t look like the pictures- it’s very small and rusty in the bottom, definitely needs to be maintained better. Also, some of the blankets smelled like dirty feet. Other than that we enjoyed our time in Fredericksburg, H‑E‑B was down the street from us so that was great as well.
