It is hard to find a more private and serene location this close to shopping, restaurants and activity for your next gettogether, corporate retreat, or reunion. The off season at The Lake of the Ozarks is the best kept secret the locals won't tell you! Calm water, quiet days and nights, beautiful views and superb fishing right from the dock! This private getaway will not disappoint, anytime of year!
Located on Gene's Point, a desirable area on the Big Niangua Arm, one of the best fishing locations!
Upscale furnishings throughout, furnished kitchen, you will find luxurious comfort and style, with WIFI and Cable TV!!! We have a cords of firewood for the fireplace and fire pit to keep warm for late Fall and Winter stays.
The lake is only steps away. The dock offers two boat wells, brush for the fish, large fish basket and a cleaning station. large private sunning and swimming spot. Minutes by boat to the Little Niangua Arm for great fishing. Ten to fifteen minutes by boat to Bulldogs, The Fish and Co., Larry's on the Lake, Captain Ron's and the Nautifish. These are memories with your family and friends that will last a lifetime!

Between the fire pit, the three outdoor seating areas, the sun room, quiet strolls on Gene's Point, the dock, anyone from your family and friends will find a place to settle in and relax.
