Driftwood Retreat -great ski trip home-

This modern home features open floor plan. Spacious home with vaulted ceilings and walls of windows with gasping views of the San Juan Range.
3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with loft space-master ensuite and 1/2 bath on main level. 2 bedrooms (sleeps 5 and sleeps 2) and a full bathroom upstairs.
Beautiful fully equipped kitchen ajacine to the patio with seating for dinner. Plus, an electric BBQ grill where you enjoy the view or watch your pet playing in the yard.
Some other great ammeneties-1 smart TV, free Wi-Fi, NEW large HOT TUB on back deck. Great for a soak in after a long day on the slopes, biking, hiking or maybe horseback riding. Or a morning soak and watch the hot air balloons launch a few blocks away!
Only about 2 blocks to the recreation center that features indoor community pool, jacuzzi, work out equipment, outdoor volleyball, basketball and a picnic area.
Walking paths, hiking and biking trails throughout the area. Plus, your choice of 4 fishing lakes to fish, kayak, or go canoeing or paddle boarding!
Being centrally you will be located- you are close to the main grocery store, dining, churches, sports equipment rentals etc...
Only 3.5 miles to downtown to the World Class Hot Springs along the San Juan River, great fishing, rafting, tubing, etc.. Downtown features shopping, dining, theater, live music, seasonal live concerts in the park, sledding/tubing during winter, just about 25 minutes to Wolf creek ski area which has the most snow of any ski area in Colorado!

Beautiful House

Property was conveniently located for all the activities we wanted to do around Pagosa Springs and the neighbors/neighborhood were lovely. The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals which was very helpful and we really enjoyed the hot tub after skiing.

Great place with plenty of room!

Our group of 7 rented this VRBO for our annual ski trip. It didn’t disappoint. It was clean and spacious with nice kitchen and utensils. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. The best part was the large hot tub after a long day of skiing.

This is our third time staying at one of her properties and our second time staying in this house, and we will never stay anywhere else. Beautiful, clean, quiet, super short drive to food/grocery/shopping, and you can sit in the hot tub and watch the hot air balloons. What more do you want?

This house hosted 2 families for us and was big enough for a total of 8 people. The house was great, and the location was even better. The upstairs did get hot during the day/evening- there is no central air. My favorite part was the scenery- we woke up to see the beautiful mountains out the front door and we watched hot air balloons land every morning.

4th of July Vacation

The property was fantastic and just as advertised. We were so close to the rec center and playground my kids loved the short walks there everyday. The house and hot tub were clean. We saw deer walk through the yard every night which was really fun for my kids.The communication between host and myself was timely and helpful for the few times we had questions. Fit everyone nicely. The upstairs was pretty hot due to know legitimate AC, an AC unit would be good for the bedrooms upstairs to keep everyone comfortable. Opening the windows to cool down brought all the bugs in due to screen damage. Outside of minor things like that It's a wonderful hosting home.

Outdated Home

The pictures do not match description as well as pictures being outdated. Upon arrival, the house was dirty and property manager was unprofessional, told us to stay elsewhere if the property was not up to our standards. The hot tub is not new it appeared very used and overall the house was very unkempt. Property manager also stated the homeowner is not willing to add anymore money into the property.

Definitely recommend

This place exceeded my expectations. It was a clean, beautiful home with an abundance of natural light. The views were incredible and we loved seeing the hot air balloons taking off across the street in the morning. Enjoyed the open kitchen/living area and soaking in the hot tub was an added bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this space and hope to visit again in the future.
