It has all the conveniences of a full kitchen, inviting living room, washer/dryer and each king size bedroom has its own full bathroom. The bedrooms are on different extremes of the apartment for privacy. The third bedroom has its own kitchenette and sitting area. We offer fast free wifi (work desk) and free parking along with cable TV. The kitchen/living/dining area are open concept located in the middle that opens to a large relaxing outdoor patio that is perfect for enjoying breakfast/lunch or reading a good book.

Great place, perfect with three king beds. Nice having first floor unit, and wonderful patio with easy to get to the beautiful pool. Neighborhood was great for morning walks, very relaxing stay - easy access to St Augustine.

Highly recommend this spot, the property is on a beautiful gated community. The residence was clean and the layout within the property was great. All three bedrooms had a King sized Bed (& their own bathroom)…
